“A very pleasant place to stay.”
+The property was clean, modern and very comfortable. It is centrally located for the pubs, cafes and cricket club. It also has plenty of parking. Alison and Peter were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone staying in the area.

“Wonderful short stay in sunny Norfolk!”
+The Stable is a little hidden gem in Overstrand! It is set back from the main road so there's no traffic noise. The kitchenette is fully equipped with everything you need. The lounge/dining area has a reclining sofa which is great for putting your feet up after a day of walking and exploring. The bathroom is well set out and the bed was super comfy and a wardrobe is so much better than a hanging rail! There is a pub and a hotel about a minutes walk away, a shop is a 2 minute walk away and the beach and a cafe are a 5 minute walk away. There are regular buses into Cromer. Alison and Peter are wonderful hosts! Very knowledgeable of the local area and always available to help out.

+Perfect walking distances to Overstrand and the beach, great cooking facilities in the kitchen (especially found the dishwasher convenient!), comfortable bed and great bathroom facilities. In the hot weather also really enjoyed the garden to sit out in.

“Excellent place to stay”
+Friendly hosts. Everything you could possibly need, the extra touches like tea bags, coffee and milk i case you forgot your own until you could shop. Full instructions for all appliances, free wifi, instant hot water, modern, really clean, and all you could need to keep it clean, tidy, and nice to be in. Would definitely stay again. Great location. In a quiet location, away from tourists in the residential community, yet not far from places of interest. Hosts thought of everything

“a very enjoyable stay”
+the Stables was a well equipped cottage and was exceptionally clean. It was 2 minutes from the local pub and 5 minutes from the beach in Overstrand. Also only 15 minutes drive to Cromer. There were clear instructions on how everything worked.
