+Great location, beautiful courtyard (although was too cold to go outside but absolutely lovely to look at), private, the design was great, comfy beds, loved our stay.
−There was no coffee for the coffee plunger which would have been great but cafes were close by.

−Ceiling height in upstairs bedroom was very low, and no door on bathroom upstairs either. Floors seemed rather rickety. Cobwebs. Pillows were both too flat so we got crook necks.

“It was a perfect place to sty whilst enjoying the surounds.”
+I loved the design of the space, it's location and parking was easy. It was quiet and I have the bedroom downstairs which looked out onto gorgeous courtyard. It was clean and beds were super comfy.
−There was no full length mirror and the lighting was tricky. It was great to have the washing machine and dryer but I think the dryer needs a clean as it stopped working after about 15 minutes.

+It’s a great little hidden stable, relatively new, with a cute little garden out the back. Very private and roomy.
−There were just some basic things missing. The upstairs bedroom had no separation from the toilet, a privacy curtain would be good. There was also no sound insulation, so every noise was heard. In the kitchen, old plates and 1 drinking glass with some old wine glasses from the pub. Meant just having a glass of water odd. Some of the surfaces were either dirty or stained which is a shame for what was a new feeling property.

“Charming”
+Very charming and spacious apartment, located at the back of the property. Only a ten to fifteen minute walk into the centre of Hobart. Had everything we needed.
−More lighting upstairs and a privacy barrier between the bathroom and bedroom would have been good but it wasn't an big issue.
