“Family‑Friendly Comfort Close to Aberystwyth”
+The Stables is a genuinely welcoming family‑ and pet‑friendly accommodation, offering everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It easily accommodates six adults and two children, making it ideal for larger families or groups. The layout is especially convenient for anyone with mobility restrictions, thanks to a ground‑floor double bedroom and a spacious wet room. Guests also have access to a swimming pool, hot tub, and a small children’s play area right at the front of the property , perfect for keeping little ones entertained. Located just a couple of minutes’ drive from Aberystwyth, it’s close to main shops, restaurants, and local attractions while still feeling peaceful and private. Overall, The Stables offers excellent value for a short break, with great facilities and a thoughtful setup that suits a wide range of guests.

“Expensive for what it is.”
+The location is nice, good space inside the stable. Large table and lots of bathrooms.
−Beds were uncomfortable, lots of mould, bits falling off in bathroom, WiFi was rubbish, tv didn't work. Playground for little ones was falling apart and bolts holding spiral slide were rusted off. Bedside lamps didnt work in family room, TV broken screen and remote not working either.

+Lovely spacious house. Lisa was extremely helpful and accommodating. Plenty of equipment in the kitchen, and good open-plan space downstairs for us to "chill" as a family.

−Could have a been a bit cleaner, this includes the kitchen equipment. Would benefit from a little bit of tlc and general maintenance. Eg doors sticking. Cobwebs etc

+Quality accommodation furnishings and all basic supplies for dishwashing were really appreciated. Comfortable nights sleep. The kids loved the farm animals
−Was tricky to find our exact accommodation once we arrived on site even though it was daylight. Could do with better signage Difficult to make use of hot tub and pool was closed as out of season

+The location was excellent and very peaceful.
−Didn't like the member of staff just letting himself in without knocking first while we were in. Apparently looking for a parcel that was supposed to have been delivered on the porch. There was no apology from him for the intrusion. Why he thought that it would be inside I just don't understand. Just felt that it was very rude of him to do such a thing and felt that he was almost accusing us of taking the package. Rather put us off of returning in the future.
