+The location and convenience of this property were great! It was very clean and had mostly everything we needed. A few downsides included the noise levels at night, it wasn't unbearable but the walls and ceiling are definitely not insulated the best. There was also noticeable dip in the floor at the head of the bed, so 2 pillows were necessary to not feel like you were going upside down. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would book again.

−The old building transfers noise from the upstairs floor.

“If I come back to Frankfort I’ll be staying here again.”
+The location was perfect,so close to everything.barely had to drive anywhere. The room was clean updated and spacious.it was so much better than a hotel room. All of the staff was so friendly and helpful.
−The only thing we didn’t like was parking. But it’s in the heart of the city so that was to be expected. It’s nothing the property can control. They have reserved spots in the parking garage across the street so it’s not bad.

+Location was great. Convenient for walking and eating. We enjoyed the bar onsite and friendly staff. Excellent place being so close to the distillery tours we planned. Beautiful town.

“It was ok”
+Great location, clean and convenient.
−Our room was right above the outside area and it was load until about 11pm. It kept us awake when we had to get up early the next morning. We will stay here again, as we really like it, but will request a room away from that outside area. We were in room 204

“Great Stay!”
+The room was immaculate and cozy. It didnt have the musty smell most hotel rooms have. We felt very safe as we needed a code for the front door and elevator. We didnt hear any of the people around us while in our room. It was a very nice stay, we enjoyed the room, and would absolutely book again.
−We didnt have any negative feedback
