+Location good, quite central for the city.
−It's up 2 flights of stairs with no lift. As it's city centre, parking is extra but was easy to find.

“A wee gem in a beautiful city.”
+The location was perfect in beautiful Perth city. The flat is as described. The building is tenement style and different to any I have visited in Glasgow and Edinburgh. I liked the openness in the interior of the building looking down onto the courtyard. Hard to explain but it's lovely. We are over 70 and managed the stairs easily. The front door is underwhelming but being a shared access I imagine it will be difficult for all parties to come together to replace. The apartment is bright and comfortable. We all agreed we slept well. The road noise and the birds that others mention I liked. We would definitely stay again if permitted.
−There was a little dust in an area where I wouldn't normally look at but my phone slipped down the side of the bed and I had to retrieve it. Having said that I should check my own home. 😄. Exceptional value for money. Thank you.

+Great location, comfy beds and hot shower.
−Stairs were tough with bags, parking was a bit of a pest having to move car and no hot water in kitchen or bathroom sink.

“Very central to everything”
+The location is fantastic. There is a local polish shop just outside the property so it was a treat. The rest are walking distance so very central which we liked. Communication with the host and info for check in was easy. There was a welcome board and a tub of shortbread we thought were very cute.
−The place is kind of outdated but we didn't mind just letting other people know. Two stairs up for people with walking or knee issues. The cleanliness though is not the one we expected. There was some hair (probably animal fur) on the bed. Couldn't find any hair dryer and no washing machine

+Value for money and central location
−Noise from road and upstairs neighbour. They weren’t being deliberately noisy but the fooorboards are very creaky.

+Excellent communication from the host and we were offered early check in/late checkout. Nice location with just a short walk to everything we needed.
−There is no free parking outside the property. It is just a short walk from the train station, but we needed to drive on this occasion
