“Best place for family vacation”
+The place is absolute gem! Perfect location away from the main street and yet 3 minutes away from the beach. The place was clean and equipped with everything you need. The fact that you are on the ground level and have that small backyard with lovely grass, sunbeds and big table is making this place one of the best to stay in this area!

+Very beautifully decorated interior with a full kitchen and everything there that’s needed. There’s also a lovely front yard to enjoy warm summer nights. It’s very close to the center, yet really quiet at night since it’s in a side street. We really enjoyed our stay there.

“Spacious clean apartment & great host”
+Clean and spacious apartment, has everything you need for your stay. The host had even put water, juice in the fridge and different types of coffee for us to have. Location is good - it's on a quiet street at the end of the town, we really liked it. If you know Peramos, parking can be difficult in some parts of town, but here we had enough parking spaces to choose from. Host was very nice!
−Sound isolation. The upstairs 'neighbours' were extremely loud, they had children running around until 1am, we could also hear chairs moving, doors closing etc. We ourselves have a child, but traveled without him to get a good night sleep for the first time in a year :) which turned out to be impossible the first night. A good pair of ear plugs should fix the issue for light sleepers such as myself.

+I have been to different places in Greece. Some good, some not good. But Ruby was great. Very comfortable, with everything you need for a stay, super location and a place for kids to play.

+It's at the end of the village, on a quiet street with parking spaces available. Really cosy and with a nice yard. It was clean with a fresh air and all you need for a lovely stay. The host is a really nice lady, always answering our pleas with a smile. A 5-star place with a 5-star host.

+Препоръчвам това място за настаняване. Христа е винаги на разположение, а в самото място има всичко необходимо и е много чисто. Дворът е страхотен. Локацията също е много удобна, едни от най-известните бийчбарове са буквално на 2-3 минути пеша. Заведенията и центъра също са много близо, но в същото време улицата на която се намира апартамента е много тиха и спокойна. За нас това беше важно,защото бяхме с малко дете и спокойствието вечер беше приоритет. Определено при следващо ходене в Неа Перамос бих се спряла отново на това място за настаняване.
