“Overall good stay and location from where you could branch out to other locations quite easily.”
+Easy to get to, parking available. Had all the amenities you need, comfortable beds. Clean house. Quiet location. Fans were provided to compensate for the warm temperatures. Good location. Only 20mins from Gullivers Valley, easy to get to supermarkets and restaurants.
−Only curtains, no netting. With young kids this is not ideal as the house is overlooked and overlooks multiple properties around it in close proximity. This caused an issue for us as a family and lack of privacy. To maintain privacy we were unable to open the curtains/blinds fully. If this issue is addressed then ideal base for a family stay.

“Superb!!!”
+Comfortable, clean & super location for us. Here to watch Oxford at Sheffield Wednesday. Value for money to be sure, as good as I’ve ever experienced. Smashing pubs locally, lovely people so friendly but that’s typical Yorkshire!!
−Nothing tbh. Going home I guess? Wouldn’t hesitate to come back next season, smashing. Thanks.

“Great stay but a shame about the neighbours”
+The house was lovely and clean. The bedrooms were lovely and the beds were huge and very comfortable. We ate out both nights so never used the cooking facilities but it seemed to be well equipped if we had wanted to use it. Each room had a door or two which was extremely helpful for us as we have an 18 month old who loves stairs. As there was no stair gate (never expected there to be) it was easy to shut the doors so she didn't climb the stairs. Our only gripe with the house itself is the front door kept getting stuck so you had to shove it. The only downside to the trip was a neighbour who came around aggressively accusing us of being upstairs taking pictures of her putting the washing out in her back garden. At the time all of my family were in the front room watching tele. She really did ruin our experience with how rude and aggressive she was and would make me think twice about booking again which is a shame because the house itself was great and close to the in-laws. Just based on the house I would 100% return with my family.
