“Totally recommend”
+Totally private with a garden/fruit trees/outdoor seating & table/parking area/drive & lockable double gates. The indoor accommodation is decorated to a high , aesthetically pleasing standard. All the appliances are easy to use & good quality. Everywhere & everything is very clean. Lots of handy plugs in all areas. The WiFi connection is strong. From the beds (which were very comfortable), to the linen/ kitchen utensils/crockery & china, this property has been thoughtfully created. Fiona’s communication prior to our stay was great & she responded quickly. She kindly had left milk & wine for our arrival as a gift, & could be contacted at any time. My husband & I (both in our 70’s), took advantage of having 2 bedrooms (one each), & the whole layout being on one level, was a huge bonus ! Thinking about it, the property would also work well for 2 couples, or a small family. Yes, there is road noise (the property is beside a busy road), but we didn’t find it a problem. It all depends on how much one is prepared to tolerate when everything else meets your expectations & more. Although we never had the pleasure of meeting Fiona, she responded quickly to a note I had left which personally
−It’s nothing that anyone can change - it’s position & entrance is on a very tricky junction & corner which makes entering & leaving a bit stressful (but then I am 72).

−The location for visiting the pub! Not ideal for a taxi journey if you don’t want to drive as they charge a ridiculous amount. 3 mile return trip was £40!

“Very enjoyable stay”
+Spotlessly clean, beds were very comfortable. Well equipped kitchen Fiona had left bread and milk which was most welcome on arrival.
−Only thing we didn’t like was the noise from the the road.

+The property was very well presented, clean, comfortable beds, etc. Fiona did extra touches that were much appreciated. I would 100% recommend the property. We had a wonderful stay
−The property name on the gate was hard for me to spot, but thankfully my friend had looked at an areal map. The garden door was a little tricky to lock, but by the third night we had that mastered.

“Une super petite maison très cosy”
+Intérieur parfait 👍 correspondant parfaitement à la description. On a adoré. Les chambres parfaites La salle de bain parfaite La pièce de vie parfaite Le cellier très bien aménagé Des réserves d’un peu de tout (café, sucre, sopalin…)
−Nous savions de part les précédents avis que la route était proche (donc du bruit) et que l’accès pouvait être compliqué. Nous y étions pour le festival Of speed donc les bruit de moteur no problemo Et l’accès on s’y est vite fait. No problemo non plus. Toujours parfait pour nous. 👍
