“Lovely.”
+Spacious and well equipped. Good location. Our second stay. Will be back again.
−Only feedback would be that we couldn’t access smart tv settings (were able to last year). Not so much an issue for us but more our daughter as she had additional needs and very specific entertainment needs! It’s not something that would deter us from staying again though and probably wouldn’t matter to most people I am sure. The rest of the benefits and positives of the property outweigh this minor thing.

“This was the hottest week of the year but it stayed cool inside because of the thick stone walls!”
+The location was perfect , close to supermarkets but not so close that it caused a traffic or noise nuisance! The property had everything that you would need and more to enjoy our stay. We would definitely stay again and would recommend it to family and friends.
−There is nothing that we could think of that could have been better!

+The convience to the shops and bars restaurants etc .The house was amazing and full of character and charm. Large beds and lovely furnishings. Very nice host made us feel very relaxed.
−Didn't realise that alot of restaurants were closed Monday and Tuesday. So struggled to find somewhere for a meal .

“Relaxing stay in a well appointed period house in th heart of lovely Beccles.”
+The location was great. A few minutes walk of the town and river. The private parking was welcome and the outdoor seating area was lovely in the sunshine. The house is very well appointed and the kitchen is fantastic. It is a great staging point for Beccles and the wider area.
−There is only one tv. This was limiting with a 15 year old who wanted the only tv in the lounge to use for gaming. There is a shortage of mirrors especially in the top floor bathroom.
