+Great place, cooler in the mountains, private pool and view are excellent. Also good firm beds. Nice host, we visited tortoises in the main building and even had a tour of the garden. Highly recommended!

“Very bad design for the toilet”
+The apartment is spacious and well-equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The dedicated pool is a fantastic addition, providing a private space to relax and enjoy the weather. The hosts are great and very friendly, making the stay welcoming.
−The apartment has a very major flaw that significantly affected our experience. The toilet and the bedroom are essentially the same room. There is only a small wooden partition between the two, which does not extend to the ceiling. This setup makes it feel like you are sleeping in the toilet. I wish we had known this before booking because, had I known, I would never have chosen this apartment. Be sure you are comfortable with this arrangement before you book. +Our stay at The Olive Tree can only be described as marvellous. The apartment is beautiful and spacious, the neatly kept garden is a pleasure to spend time in and the pool is small, but extremely clean and very pleasurable for a quick cool-down. Still, the real highlight are the people who make all of this happen. Marise and Christophe are extremely friendly and courteous people. They really went the extra mile with a delicious dinner on our first day alone, but also, they provided fresh fruit from the garden (how amazing is this!) and breakfast ingredients for our first morning. They were incredibly helpful with advice, contacts and regular check-ins to make sure that our stay went as smoothly as possible. Their staff took exceptional care of house, garden and pool - we couldn't have asked for more.

+Marise and Christopher were amazing hosts with big hearts.We loved their hospitality and they made us to feel at home. We loved the house and the views and the peaceful environment.The apartment had everything what we needed including washing machine. It was very well equipped and we lacked nothing.Great central location. We would wish to stay more!

−Les meubles et électroménager méritent un grand nettoyage, tout est gras,collant et il y a une odeur de moisi désagréable. Ce logement est situé un peu trop sur les hauteurs du coup il est souvent dans les nuages et la pluie

“Dejlig bolig med privat pool og skøn udsigt.”
+Vi havde et dejligt ophold. Boligen ligger på en meget stor grund, hvor der er to huse og stor flot have. Denne bolig er beliggende således, at det virker meget privat, selvom der er en lejlighed neden under den. Dejlig bolig med god plads og indretningen er som på billederne. Der er også håndklæder til poolen og under vores ophold blev der gjort rent og skiftet håndklæder. Udenfor er der både altan og stor veranda med gode møbler og skøn have med privat swimmingpool. Fra enden af denne del af haven er der udsigt til kysten på den anden side af øen. Fra altanen er der udsigt til både bjerge og havet. Vi så mange forskellige fugle og frugtflagermus. Meget god kommunikation med ejeren. Huset har en god beliggenhed til at udforske en stor del af øen.
−Sengene var lidt hårde i forhold til, hvad vi fortrækker. Men det er jo forskelligt, hvad man ønsker.

+Größe der Zimmer Qualität und Breite des Hauptbettes Pool Sauberkeit Schöne gemütliche Terrassengarnitur Großzügige Handtuchanzahl Die Lage in den Bergen, zwischen West- und Ostküste erlaubt es, beide Seiten mit akzeptabler Kurverei über die Bergsträßchen zu erreichen. Der Blick in den Garten und die Umgebung ist schön. Es ist dort oben weniger beengt als v.a. an der Ostküste.
−Das zusätzliche Beistellbett war absolut miserabel und führt zur Abwertung. So ein Bett ist schlicht nicht zumutbar! Die untere Hälfte war hängemattenartig, die obere Hälfte hart und die Kante zwischen oben und unten drückte sich auf Hüfthöhe durch die Schaumstoffmatratze. Nicht einmal unsere 15-jährige, leichte Tochter konnte darauf schlafen. Wir schliefen zu dritt im 2m breiten Hauptbett. Zwei getrennte Bettdecken im Hauptbett hätten wir komfortabler gefunden, ist aber wohl landestypisch. Des Weiteren war eine der beiden Poolliegen defekt. Die Vermieterin hatte angekündigt, diese auszutauschen doch nichts dergleichen geschah. Keine konkretes Einschränkung gewesen, da es leider sehr oft regnete.
