+It was beautiful very high standard everything need, large spacious, very clean and modern. All facilities thought of
−Location had positives and negatives so depends on how you look at it. It was quite near to a fairly busy road and not as close to local restaurants as I had hoped but supermarket opposite and bus stop right outside and taxis to split or strobrec very cheap (€6-7) . Also very good location if you have a car which we did as got onto main roads quickly.

+**Simply unforgettable - one of the most special places we have ever stayed** I have been meaning to write this review because Olivie Pool House deserves far more than a quick five-star rating. The house itself was absolutely beautiful and everything we could have hoped for, but what made our stay truly unforgettable was the incredible hospitality we received from our host. Before and throughout our stay, she went above and beyond to make sure we experienced the very best of the area. She sent us incredibly useful information and recommendations, from places we should visit to restaurants and places to eat. It wasn't just a generic list either , it was thoughtful, genuinely helpful local advice that made exploring Croatia so much easier and meant we discovered places we probably wouldn't have found ourselves. And then there were all the personal touches. She even made us homemade pastries, which was just so incredibly kind. It is difficult to explain how much those little things add to a holiday. We didn't simply feel like guests staying in someone's property; we felt genuinely looked after and welcomed. Olivie Pool House itself was stunning. We loved spending time at the house and
−There wasn't anything we didn't appreciate about our stay. People have mentioned the road noise but this didn't bother us, the pool area was perfectly sheltered and for such a great location a little road noise every now and then was absolutely worth it.

“We had a fabulous holiday at The Olive Poolhouse, a gorgeous, modern property and fabulous host. A gorgeous property”
+This property is gorgeous. Spotlessly clean and very modern. The beds are very comfortable and the pool is lovely. The property is within walking distance of 2 supermarkets, a shopping centre, a pretty beach and a lovely restaurant Pizza Margarita. Ankica the host was amazing. A lovely, generous person who made us delicious food and stocked the fridge so we wanted for nothing on arrival. She was incredibly helpful and kind. We came as a family with teenagers who also loved it.
−There is traffic noise as it’s on a main road but you can’t see the road and when the doors are closed on the property you hear nothing at all it’s so well sound proofed.

+Lovely modern villa with everything you could need for a great trip! Fab host who couldn't do enough for us :) Easy and pretty cheap Uber to Split Old Town and the beach clubs etc and right by multiple supermarkets so no need for a car!
−Quite close to the main road so some traffic noise when you're at the pool area but nothing enough to spoil it!

“Amazing stay”
+Amazing house and pool very well equipped with everything you need. The location is great for travelling around split visiting beaches, old town and the national park. The host was very welcoming and kindly gave us some food she had made as well as fish from the market and wine to go with it!

“Exceptional”
+It’s very spacious and clean. Modern look to it and it had everything you needed. The host Ankica was so lovely. She gave us a lot of information about restaurants and activities in Split that were very helpful. She also made us lunch that included traditional Balkan cuisine. She made the stay there really special. Everything there was in top condition.

“Exceptional”
+Annicka was such a lovely host. She made us dinner and gave us drinks. She also gave us lots of fantastic recommendations. You're not just paying for the accomodation, you're paying for an experience. The apartment was spacious and clean, but more importantly, after a few days, you notice the small touches. The Split guide, the fresh fruit, the placement of utensils. Fantastic host, fantastic apartment, fantastic pool. Book and enjoy yourself.
