10.0“A gem in Rye”
+Everything! Where is the 20 out of 10 button? Sue made us so welcome. The apartment had everything we needed including some cooking essentials in the kitchen and everything you'd need in the bathroom including a supply of things you might have forgotten. Sue had put juice, milk, butter, marmalade in the fridge. A bowl of fresh fruit and a basket with goodies in it on the table. Stunning. The pay and display is right opposite and was very reasonable for 24 hours. The old cobbled streets of Rye a very short walk away. Large, comfy lounge, comfy bed, top quality linens etc etc. It was just so good we were sad we were only there 1 night on our road trip.
−Zero, it's perfect.

9.0+Staff helpful and friendly. Provision of milk, bread, fruit, coffee etc. A lot of effort taken to make the venue good.
−Not much I didn't like. Inhouse WiFi kept defaulting to 4G especially in living and bedroom. Tricky outside steps would be difficult for some people.

10.0+This property is perfect for a short break in a very pretty little town. The host goes above and beyond to welcome and spoil her guests! The place is spotlessly clean and very well equipped!

10.0“A wonderful pit stop on our King Charles path walk.”
+Sue was a fabulous host. She had thought of everything and left us so many free goodies. The apartment was large and extremely comfortable.

10.0“The perfect location for a relaxing and peaceful trip to Rye.”
+The property is ideally located close to the centre of Rye and a short drive to Rye Harbour Nature Reserve and Winchelsea Beach. The Old Laundry was very peaceful, exceptionally clean and very comfortable. I felt at ease as soon as I met Sue and she showed me around the property. The Old Laundry has everything you need for a relaxing stay: a large sofa, with cushions and throw, large Smart TV & DVD player, a wide range of books and tourist attraction leaflets, fully equipped kitchen, very comfortable bed and a good range of bedding to suit all temperatures. I loved the fish! The roses in the bedroom were a lovely touch. Despite being next to the road, I found The Old Laundry to be quiet. Sue was always on hand to answer questions and quick to respond to messages.
−There was nothing I didn’t like about the property. In fact, I had such a lovely, relaxing time I extended my trip.

7.0“Nice stay, but could have been better.”
+Excellent facilities and well appointed.
−Very basic meet and greet (3 minutes, 2 of which were how to feed the fish). No subsequent follow up or anything. No appliance operating instructions provided (except microwave). If door left open, very intrusive traffic and motorbike noise . Steep and uneven steps.
