“Perfect relaxed location with good facilities”
+Great BBQ and bonus wooden bath in separate structure
−Odd bed arrangement above a wooden cupboard and drawer structure. Comfortable enough but might not suit less able client.

+Location was great, hot tub was amazing, local wildlife in the garden was a surprise.
−Loft bed, as 70+ seniors, we found this difficult. I didn't see it advertised as a loft bed. I would not have booked this accommodation if I had known. This was the only issue.

−Needs new Digital Tv antenna fitted & channels tuned in, bed arrangement needs changing to normal floor access pls? a DVD player would be nice

−Strange elevated bed arrangement. Very akward getting in and out. Unnecessary since lots of unused space in room.

“A great little getaway for a break”
+The location was good,Not far from Port Arthur and surrounding places of interest. Small shop at Port Arthur to get some milk.

“Perfectly private weekend escape. Will be back.”
+Spacious, spotlessly clean & lovely & private. Had everything we needed to cook/ drink & relax. Loved the bath house which opens up onto the gorgeous garden. Bed very comfy. Spent lots of time on the back deck just enjoying the tranquility, fairy wrens & potoroos. ❤️

“Lovely house”
+Great house - excellent kitchen with huge fridge. Also some kitchen essentials provided (oil, a few spices etc)
−The lock on the back door for entrance was really stiff - I couldn't turn it - I had to get my other half to do it. The bed is elevated on a platform with storage underneath - you have to climb up stairs to access it - it was ok, but not so good for getting up to use the loo in the night, although there is a movement sensitive light that comes on.

−The bed was tricky! You have to climb over your partner to get out of bed and down the stairs.
