9.0“The Manor 2026”
+House was amazing, all the rooms were beautiful and comfortable and their is so much character in the building
−Didn't realise the pool was shared with other site residents but not a major problem. Only 2 slots on the toaster worked but Andy hadn't been advised of this and said he would buy a new one so issue sorted for the next tenants!

9.0“Perfect Stay”
+Beautiful accommodation. Just perfect for our family holiday. The house was large , clean and well equipped. Everything we needed was there ! Fabulous swimming pool and nice and warm! The grounds are kept lovely. There is a well equipped games room and soft play area that my granddaughter just loved.
−You definitely need a car, there’s nothing within walking distance

10.0“Great place to stay with family or friends”
+We were met on arrival by the owner who was really friendly and helpful. The Manor house is a wonderful property which had everything that we needed for a comfortable stay. The property had a great kitchen to cook in and all of the furnishings were comfortable and homely. The swimming pool is fantastic and my family, including young grandchildren spent hours in the lovely warm ( 30 c ) water. It is off the beaten track but still close enough to Bude to get everything we neede for our stay. We missed the animal feeding experience but heard that it was a lot of fun.
−Having to pack up and leave

10.0+Stunning house with everything you need. As a family of 10 adults we had plenty of room with 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The house was very clean and had everything you wanted as a home from home, the swimming pool and games room were fabulous and the grounds were very well maintained. The owners were welcoming and friendly, we will definitely return 10/10

+Beautiful setting, had everything we needed for a works reunion. Andy and his wife were always on hand if we needed anything. It was peaceful, and a wonderful retreat. The pool was spotless. Would definitely go again. Chance to help feed the animals was an added bonus. We even wondered when we could return again as we dont want to wait a year!!
−The pizza cutter has had its day!! And a bit sparce on the toilet rolls, but an absolutely amazing home for a few days.

10.0“Cosy and comfortable, a lovely space to spend time with family .”
+A beautiful, old characterful farm house. Large rooms with plenty of social and living space. Spotlessly clean and a well stocked kitchen. Two smart tvs, useful with bad weather days. Lovely walks, a heated pool and farm animals too! All in all pretty perfect!

10.0“Wow! An amazing property”
+Wow! What an amazing place cannot fault it. We were 5 adults and 4 children aged 5-10. We were celebrating my 60th Birthday and stayed for 3 nights. The location is amazing and the farm itself is a combination of 7 cottages and 2 Yurts, with indoor swimming pool, games room, outdoor play park, animals and an amazing woodland walk. All of this makes for a very family friendly atmosphere. Although each cottage was occupied it was still very quiet and a lovely atmosphere. The grounds were beautifully kept and there were flowers blooming everywhere. We stayed in the biggest accommodation, the Manor House. A fabulous 400 year old 6 bedroom property full of intrinsical rooms on different levels. The overall cleanliness of the property is excellent. It had a gorgeous 4 oven aga, as well as a range cooker in the sun room. 3 luxury bathrooms each one uniquely different. A downstairs toilet in the large utility room, which was really useful with young children. Everything you could wish for or want was included. There are two fridges, 3 sitting rooms, A lovely dining room and so much more. The hosts of these cottages Andy and Ruth are wonderful people who made us feel so welcome. Nothing was

9.0“We loved it. I would absolutely recommend staying to anyone.”
+The facilities were excellent with a heated pool, outdoor play area and a games room which had a small soft play and more. A little something for everyone and lots to entertain a toddler. The hosts were very friendly and checked in regularly to make sure everything was OK. Allowing guests to join in their own daily activities when feeding and meeting the animals on the property (including rabbits, horses, goats, sheep and more). A very pleasant addition to our holiday. The house itself was extremely quirky and welcoming, large enough to accommodate our large party of 10 without us feeling like we were on top of each other. Cozy fire place that adds to the comfort and original features of the house. The massive old school Aga oven got my Chef brother's attention and he really enjoyed getting to experience using one. The local area was beautiful. The views are breath taking with rolling hills and nature everywhere. Great walks for the family and dogs. The location is close by to the beach for a day out, meaning sand, splashing and ice creams. Amazing tea rooms near by with honestly the most delicious cream teas.
−Nothing not to like really. All the steps/stairs are a little hard work if you're not completely physically capable, but that can't really be helped in such an old building (over 400 years old!) I would maybe suggest some grab rails on some of the shorter but still steep steps upstairs.
