+As the reviews say it's compact but has all you need. A little tricky to find, but ask for clear instructions from the house manager and its easy once you know how. Good location within walking distance of everything you need.
−The a/c did not work well and is not located within the bedroom so during the hot heat it was very difficult to sleep. It was too noisy to have the windows open so it was pretty uncomfortable at night. We asked them to supply a fan which they said they would but didn't in time. I asked them to get for future guests. Hopefully they do!!

“Loved Lisbon and it's shabby chic historic streets.”
+The location was perfect, surrounded by a bustling Lisbon. Easy access to public transport which is cheap and efficient. Recommend travelling to the castle on the hill in Lisbon which looks over the city in all its historic glory, and take a tram or two. We went in March which was the perfect temperature for walking miles around the city. People are friendly lots to do and see.
−Restaurants in main streets ask constantly to go to eat there. There food is no good, go to the smaller ones looking at where locals eat. On these same main streets groups of dubious men selling drugs. It seems excepted just ignore them. The river is polluted like a lot of city rivers , so if your thinking of swimming near Lisbon, check water quality. None of this spoiled our trip.

“Pleasant”
+Location was great.
−Apartment was small and due to weather was very cold. Sounded like an Elephant lived upstairs as even at 1am they were very heavy on floorboards as well as 7 _ 8 pm and at times first thing in morning. Otherwise okay.

+Location was excellent! Right within the hustle bustle of the city. Kitchen/ bathroom had new appliances and everything needed
−Bedroom small , no bedside table on one side. Apartment very narrow, (also stairs, so not recommended for larger/older visitors!)

+Very nice modern apartment and a great location right in the centre of Lisbon. Nice living area, great kitchen, and good size bathroom with a big shower. The owner was very accommodating to our needs.
