+Spacy and clean apartment, especially the living room. Floor heating. Balcony. Kitchen fully equipped. Big kitchen table. TV with Netflix. Table games for kids, cards etc.
−No ski room in the house, strange shelfs for ski boots, we did not use. No boot heaters. Wardrobes for cloth rather old in the bedrooms (lack of space). The exchange for modern ones recommended. Limited space to put shoes inside / behind the door. Waste and separated waste was not collected outside the house, bins overfilled.

+The apartment is located in a quiet area, with a bus stop just a 5-minute walk away and the monorail station also nearby. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, and the terrace offers a beautiful view of the mountains. Claudia was very friendly and promptly assisted with all our questions. I highly recommend this accommodation!

“Tolle Ferienwohnung für Ausflüge und zum Entspannen.”
+Sehr guter Ausblick (Fotos vom Balkon), tolle Ausstattung und liebevoll ausgewählte Deko, die insgesamt eine schöne Wohlfühlatmosphäre erzeugt. Auch die Küche und die Wandtäfelung im Schlafzimmer in Holzoptik machen echt was her. In der Küche hat an Ausstattung nichts gefehlt. Alles war sehr sauber. Kontakt sehr schnell und freundlich bei Fragen. Lage sehr ruhig. Mit der Gästekarte kann man kostenlos Bus fahren. In der Umgebung gibt es sehr viel zu erkunden. Neben Naturattraktionen, Sportliches wie Bouldern oder Rafting, aber auch ein tolles Kino.

“Een zeer mooi, comfortabel en schoon appartement van waaruit je de prachtige streek vlot kan verkennen.”
+Het appartement is stijlvol en gezellig ingericht, het sanitair was heel schoon, de bedden zijn top. Je hebt een eigen parking, de keuken is goed uitgerust met degelijke potten en pannen en genoeg servies, een goede vaatwasser en koelkast met vriesvak. Vanuit het appartement hebben we zeer vlot de streek kunnen verkennen en hebben we elke dag een topervaring gehad (de termen in Bad Hofgastein, zwemmen in het meer van Zell am See, verschillende kabelliften in de omgeving met bovenop de berg telkens andere fijne ervaringen en prachtige wandelingen). Het gezellige centrum van Kaprun is vlakbij met winkels, leuke restaurants en een kabellift. Het contact met Claudia via WhatsApp was hartelijk en ze was steeds bereikbaar.
−De ligging nabij de grote weg had ik misschien niet verwacht op basis van de foto’s. Het gebouw ligt in een rustige wijk tegen de helling aan, maar het geluid van de weg beneden hoor je wel. Ik had ook op wat meer inside-info gehoopt in het welkomstmapje, zoals tips voor de beste bakker, restaurants of supermarkten, maar Claudia was steeds bereikbaar via WhatsApp en antwoordde snel op onze vragen. Dit zijn slechts details, ik raad het appartement zeker aan!
