“Comfortable house, good location but could have been improved by a few simple additions.”
+Location was good. Area was quiet.
−Cleanliness only reasonable (e.g. cobwebs hanging from ceiling in bedroom, cooking hob not clean). No instructions available for TV, cooking hob, or washing machine. (e.g. TV very difficult to turn on and even though turned off using correct remote would turn itself on at unexpected times, including the middle of the night, washing machine used only cold water, cooking hob required a specific sequence to operate).

“A well maintained and comfortable home let down with no hot water on for the duration of my stay”
+The house was very clean and the bed was very comfy. Newly renovated and well maintained I would have scored the house much more highly if I was able to have a hot shower in the morning.
−Unfortunately there was no hot water. Perhaps the manager/owner had turned off the hot water cylinder and hadn’t turned it back on. So that was very disappointing. Being able to have a shower is a minimum requirement when booking accommodation so I have to say this was a big let down.

“Overall a good stay”
+Comfy place. Very warm inside. Unusual layout. Clean and nice fluffy towels.
−Shower pressure was poor. Could only find 1 teaspoon. Would recommend maybe a small amount of milk for teas and coffees left in the fridge for guests upon arrival. No bath mat that we could find.

−The property was okay. Just a couple things included would have made a huge difference. A clothes drying rack would be very handy. A small bottle of milk for a cup of tea in the morning will be most appreciated. No use leaving a couple of tea bags with no milk. Small things but could make a difference
