+Everything was perfect. Such a beautiful peaceful place. Gorgeous views from the top private garden. Incredibly kind hosts. Beautiful breakfast hamper, with top quality produce. We plan to go back again soon. Perfect hideaway. Would highly recommend.

“Perfect, absolutely perfect!”
+Everything was perfect for a mini break “away from it all”. The hosts went the extra mile to ensure we had everything we needed and the accommodation was cosy and luxurious. Bacon, eggs, granola, bread and butter were generously provided for breakfast - all from local suppliers. Bed and seating were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The bathroom had plenty of shelf space and a good shower. The quiet rural location was perfect for a relaxing weekend yet near enough to plenty of local attractions for daytime entertainment. We loved seeing the birds visiting the feeder and the horses all around. A really wonderful place.

“Lovely. One of the most pleasant cottages we’ve stayed in.”
+We have just had a lovely week staying at the Hideaway. It’s a lovely cottage maintained to a very high standard, very comfortable with every detail considered. It is probably one of the most pleasant and best kept cottages we’ve stayed in. Katie and Robin are very friendly, generous and attentive hosts. We wanted to combine attending the New Wine festival at the show ground with a luxury break for our 30th Wedding Anniversary and this proved to be perfect. There was everything we needed at the cottage, along with wifi, easy parking and a really comfy bed. There is great outdoor seating area and an upper level with a swing seat, BBQ and firepit that is delightfully lit. If you love horses you’ll be amazed at the extensive show jumping training centre they have at their farm.

“Amazing, amazing, amazing”
+What can I say!! We spent two days at the Hideaway and it was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived Katie was there to meet us. She gave us a brief rundown of the area, the best places to visit, best places to eat and told us all about the Hideaway. Katie then showed us to the absolutely amazing cottage and explained everything, told us about the BBQ and fire pit area (this was a hidden gem) she also informed us there was a breakfast hamper (the local fresh produce was amazing eggs, the best bacon I have tasted, granola, fresh milk, orange juice, butter, fudge, crisps, hot chocolate). After our first night and day Katie’s husband caught up with us to ask if we had a nice evening and spent time talking to us finding out what we had been up to and if we needed anything. On the day we were due to check out Katie came to see us off and again spoke to us about how we enjoyed our stay. Nothing was too much trouble for Katie such a lovely women with an absolutely beautiful property in such a lovely, quiet location. We will 1000% be back to visit again. Thank you Stuart & Amy
