“Excellent location, clean, cozy golf condo”
+Great location for golf, central to Pinehurst, Southern Pines and Aberdeen. Close to Pinehurst Country Club. Very comfortable unit for couple or solo with full kitchen on ground floor. Easy parking close to front door right across from golf greens. Very clean and well stocked for a night or a week.
−The WiFi did not work while I was there. There is a network and password that is for the unit, 22-157 but the password is incorrect or maybe has been updated or changed at some point. I did inquire through Booking to the host and to the host via the email provided but I didn't get a response. The cellular coverage in the area is very spotty and in some places there is no coverage at all so keep that in mind and doublecheck with the host that the WiFi has been doublechecked to be in working order. There is a Spectrum internet box that was plugged in and receiving data so that was not the problem, it was the password.

+This beautiful Condo has everything you need and more!! The kitchen is fully equipped, nice patio, the bed is comfortable and you are within a short walking distance from Pinehurst no.2 The owner is very easy to contact and ready to answer any questions you might have.. Thanks for a great stay, and hopefully we will be back next year!!

−The bed was too soft and lumpy, and there were no bath towels available, however once I let them know, they granted me access to the supply closet and we were able to get a towel.

“We really liked our stay there.”
+The location was ideal. The size of the apartment was perfect. The bed and bedding suited us just fine. The apartment had a laundry washhouse which helped immensely during the time we were there. (Download of app required plus a CC to operate. Priced well. ) Grocery stores like Harris Teeter and Food Lion are not within walking distance but close enough. Kitchen was small but works. All utensils available. (The oven could use some cleaning). Broom, vacuum cleaner available in closet. No mop tho. After a couple of days the floor could have used some attention. Paper Towels, soap, garbage bags available. Plenty of dishtowels. Shower very nice. We stayed for 8 days. We thought the length of time rented would have warranted more than one bath towel apiece. Not enough bathroom tissue for 8 days. A hotel would have enough.
−Comments included above. Thanks, This complex had multiple buildings that were identical to the next. Talk about uniformity! It's a treasure hunt to find the unit. This is after figuring the '1' in front of the unit number means first floor and '2' means 2nd floor. Then the next 2 numbers are consecutive. Took us a while. Never try to find this in the dark. Some neighbors were friendly; some were not. This is a large complex.
