+Its was in a good location
−The property is in a block of flats. We had 2 rooms booked. One side was awful. There are signs saying no smoking however the apartment smelt strongly of smoke especially in the stairwell area. The person who lived opposite seemed to be where the smoke was coming from. The rooms were small and dated. The second room was decorated nicely. The floor is super slippery and the kids kept falling over. The floor is also at a slant. The beds were ok. As the property is advertised as part or Gullivers Kingdom it was a very disappointing stay for 2 family staying there.

−We had a problem with the heating but upon speaking to the owners they offered a refund of £30 without hesitation Property would benefit from a television, due to the adverse weather we probably spent a bit more time in the accommodation as anticipated so lack of à tv made it a little dull The bed was comfy although the two single matteress pushed together made the sleep a little uncomfortable as they did move in the night and had to keep getting out of bed to push them back together so maybe consider replacing with a double mattress

“NOT THE BEST”
+Bed was reasonably comfy... The only positive thing to say..
−Had to contact the host for check in code. At some point there's been a leak of some sort in the apartment above..ceiling above the bed looks like it could collapse at any moment. Im almost sure i saw the rug in the apartment breathe. Allsorts on there.....No privacy in the bathroom whatsoever.. Saloon style swinging doors 2 foot gap above & below with 2 inch in the middle. Better off just using a curtain. If people in the apartment above you are awake at 6am.... So are you..Unfortunately would defo not stay here again. We book weekends away quite a lot... This is my 1st ever negative review.. Fully deserved in my opinion.

“Excellent location, little dated but good facilities.”
+The place was roomy. Excellent location to visit touristy stuff. The place was clean and their were many facilities in the kitchen.
−Had to climb 2 or 3 flights of stairs with suitcases although we were prewarned about this to be fair. It was noisy on the main street hoons racing up and down the street, the bedrooms were at the back so not to bad. Also we had to pay for overnight parking in the car park about 500 meters away, this property its suits the star rating.

“Value for money in the area that it's in”
+The location is perfect. The room size is good, and has good facilities, everything you might need for a short stay. Nice little kitchenette with a full size fridge and there are complimentary sachets of coffee/milk/sugar. There is no TV in this room, but that is made clear in the property description and is no issue to us, just mentioning in case anyone might find that a problem.
−We've stayed in this apartment 3 times now, and the previous 2 times it was spotlessly clean, but this time it wasn't. There were cobwebs all over the place. The duvet on the bed was too small for the size of the bed, it didn't reach either side of the bed, it was just placed in the middle with a large gap all around. The bed was not tidy when we arrived either which made me wonder about whether it had been cleaned thoroughly. An italian restaurant has opened up just outside the apartment front door since the last time we stayed, and the noise/music/chatting was quite loud as there are tables outside. This was no issue for us, but something to think about if you are looking for a quiet early night.

−Had to improvise with the top bolt missing on the door. Should be addressed ASAP .
