+The location was good, very close to the old town. The shower was hot.
−The apartment was freezing cold when we arrived and I had to ask how to heat the place up (the boiler was off) The building lift didn't work and wouldn't open on the 2nd floor which was slightly terrifying at 11pm as it's a very old small lift. The rainfall shower had orange liquid coming out of it so I had to use the handheld only. The fridge made lots of noise and I had to move it to make it stop. The whole place stank of paint, it looked like Stevie wonder had painted the place as there was paint all over everything, the TV remote, mugs, kitchen sides, on the pictures on the wall, paint pots left out on the balcony. The bedding looked grubby and had a hole in it, the towels were so faded they were crispy and grey. The apartment really needs a new mattress as springs are coming through.

+The only advantage of the apartment was its location, as it was situated in the city center. However, we already knew this in advance, which is exactly why we booked it. The apartment was also quite spacious , seventy square meters with two rooms , so it was comfortable enough for us to stay in.
−Серед того, що нам не сподобалося, найперше хочеться відзначити нечесне ставлення власників квартири. Нас заздалегідь не попередили про відсутність гарячої води. Напередодні в усьому будинку відключили газ, але, коли через пів години після нашого приїзду ми повідомили власникам, що гарячої води немає, вони зробили вигляд, ніби самі про це не знали. Протягом трьох днів нам говорили, що потрібно просто почекати. Але коли наше терпіння закінчилося, ми самостійно запитали сусідів і дізналися, що гарячої води не буде цілий місяць. Лише після цього ми почали наполягати на тому, щоб нас переселили в інше помешкання, адже перебувати без гарячої води в таку спеку було просто неможливо.
