“Great 4 nights stay, if available would definitely stay again”
+Couldn’t fault this apartment, super clean and very comfortable bed, all amenities were as good as anywhere we have stayed previously. Close to shops and coffee houses. Would definitely recommend this property. We stayed 4 nights.

+Very spacious with loads of storage and very clean. Very well-equipped with plenty of pans, crockery and utensils although a few more mugs wouldn't have gone amiss. Lovely park with playground just over the quiet road and the busy high street is a three minute walk for coffee, op shops, Coles and tram stop. Elsternwick station is 12 minute walk - Google maps doesn't normally offer train options but we found the 67 tram very slow so it's worth looking at routes from the station as well.
−Very impersonal. Booking was with "Abby" but in all honesty I don't think they were a real person(!) and there were a lot of messages reminding us of check in, check out and we had to sign a Short Term Rental Agreement after we'd booked and paid which included saying "Guests must not make any noise". So I'm not sure whether it was completely legit? There were also loads of keys that took ages to get in each time as they weren't labelled. Had thought we were booking with a small local business, but it didn't really feel like it.

−It was very difficult to open the weather cover on the key lock box. Despite the arrival instructions it is very misleading to have the number 5 on the door at the car park spot.

−Beds were firm Parking tight - we have a big car and the parking spot was challenging to get into. Having to sign a short term lease agreement after making and paying for the booking, this was a first for me Working out the keys to get in was tricky but finally worked it out - there are 4 keys needed to get into the accomodation. People above on the next floor were somewhat noisy.

+Wonderful short break in Melbourne to visit family. Pet friendly with park across the road to walk the dog. Convenient and close to shops and also the dog beach. Would stay again.

+Comfortable 2-bed apartment, nice bedrooms with comfortable bed and nice living room setup. Good location on the ground floor of apartment building and quiet.
−- Dishwasher didn’t work on first time use which meant we needed to wait in the apartment for the handyman to fix it for 1 hour the next day (he was organised quickly but this issue could have been picked up on apartment pre-inspection before our arrival). - Parking space in the apartment’s car port was tight. - Kitchen cooking frypan was very old and used. - No flexibility was provided for a late checkout (even 30mins to 1hour) when the apartment was free the next day (and not yet booked when we checked online) and customer service correspondence when trying to organise this was short and abrupt revolving around cleaner’s schedule rather than trying to accommodate our request.
