“Complete and utter disapointment!”
−I booked this place because it looked really nice in the online photos... What a disaster of a property. The whole apartment is not finished to a good standard, not to mention a high-quality one, as expected. Sold by Corner Plot Getaways as "Luxury serviced accommodation"; what an absolute joke, nothing "luxury" at all here... Having one beautiful statement mirror, a queen-size bed and a large TV doesn't make it luxury.... Basic at best. This is a classic "All fur coat and no knickers" place; it looks elegant and impressive online, but in reality lacks any class or substance whatsoever. Damp and fusty, with water leak stains on walls and ceiling. The whole property is a complete mess, with marked, stained walls and chipped paint. Manky all around the place. Dirty skirting, thick with dust. Noisy neighbours above the property, banging and stomping about. Dog barking past midnight. Dripping tap in kitchen, which drives you absolutely barmy. Cheap, flimsy, extremely basic kitchen setup with low-cost fittings, dirty drawers and a mismatch of kitchen paraphernalia. Not even a proper kitchen bin that works. Lights out, odd bulbs, TV remote didn't work, very basic things that should have

“Clean, central and great value for money. Will stay again”
+Central for us. No stairs which is a bonus for older parents. The place was spotless and easy to locate.
−Parking can be a bit tough but there was spaces along the street. TV was a bit difficult to figure out. Possible a how to guide would be good

+Good location, clean and comfortable apartment. Lovely fish and chip shop at the end of the road, highly recommend.
−More storage in the bathroom, no where to put things down. TV was a big issue. All channels had to be accessed by apps. I couldn't find where or how to do this. ( Could have been me) Would have liked some basic channels.

+Nice and easy key less entry system. No chance of misplacing keys! Nice big master bedroom and the place was nice and warm on arrival. Bathroom had a good pressure shower.
−Not having a table in the Kitchen / lounge to sit at and eat from. Limited utensils and no egg cups.

+Lovely apartment, good central location and close to the beach. Big comfy beds very clean and tidy.
−Maybe a decent frying pan, a few baking trays would be good and instructions on how to use the TV is my only slight criticism’s. Would have loved a vacuum cleaner I like to leave properties how I find them.

“Overall a pleasant enough stay. Would I stay again, probably!”
+Pleasant and clean, offering a good layout and plenty of space. Bed was comfortable and shower facilities were good. Having an outside space is also a bonus, as well as being dog friendly. Also within easy reach of the beach and dog walking spaces. Fish and chip shop around the corner is well worth a visit. A hardcopy visitors file with details on heating etc... would have been handy.
−We could not get the hob or heating to work and the TV was limited in available channels. In the five days of our stay I only managed to park once within a reasonable distance of the property. Most properties close by are multioccupancy, this often meant a scramble for parking spaces close by. there was always a spot available but often a considerable distance from the property.
