“A comfortable and spacious apartment for a short stay in Rome, with potential for an even better guest experience.”
+The apartment was spacious, nicely furnished, and comfortable. The living and dining areas were well designed, making it suitable for a relaxing stay in Rome.
−Unfortunately, a few basic amenities were missing. There was no iron or ironing board in the entire apartment, and no coffee machine. These may seem like small details, but they make a significant difference to the comfort and convenience of a stay. The curtains also did not provide proper blackout, and the windows offered insufficient sound insulation, allowing considerable noise from the busy road outside to disturb the peace. Addressing these issues would greatly improve the guest experience.

+The location is great!
−I didn’t like the a/c it was weak overall. And I wasn’t a fan of the up/down step transitions in the main area. Also, one of the bathrooms had a very foul odor. The odor did eventually go away but it was foul for a while.

+The place is located in the heart of Rome, very close to Vatican. There are many restaurants, supermarkets and even souvenir shops around. The kind lady, who was in charge of the apartment, made sure everything was perfect for us and provided extraordinary service. The Dome really felt like home, but make it better:) We hope to visit Rome again soon and we already know where we are staying! Thank you Martha! See you soon!

+Apartamento excepcional! Três grandes suítes, muito conforto, muita limpeza, tudo perfeito! A localização é ótima, você vê a Cúpula do Vaticano o tempo todo. Banheiros grandes, shampoo e sabonete líquido disponível, ótimas toalhas, as camas são grandes e muito confortáveis. Todo o apartamento com ar condicionado, super importante no calor da Itália em Agosto. Foi uma hospedagem maravilhosa, pena que só ficamos dois dias... gostaríamos de ter ficado mais! Voltaremos com certeza!! Adoramos tudo!

−1. Es war sehr laut von der Strasse. Neue Fenster könnten hier Abhilfe schaffen 2. Die Kaffeemaschine war für 6 Personen eindeutig zu unterdimensioniert. Entweder ein größerer Kaffeeautomat oder eine ganz normale Kaffeemaschine mit Filter. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist nicht beurteilbar, da wir nur 5 Tage da waren und Abends essen gingen. Der Vorlauf zum warmen Wasser war extrem lang.
