+Beautiful flat situated right next to a CO-OP lovely churchyard across the road, exceptionally decorated and clean, a warm home from home feeling..Beautiful surroundings, loved the Highland cows and the fantastic kitchen for making a lovely Sunday roast... all the little things you dont think about are available ..just the perfect place to be for a few days away! Definitely visit Helensburgh, Cove , and Kilbreggan Pier and village!!

“Curt communication with excess payment if late for well appointed apartment.”
+Apartment was well appointed. Provided all required elements for the short stay. A few things provided for start.
−The meeting person didn't give the feeling of service, rather a duty to be done with haste. Electrical socket in kitchen not adhered properly, possible safety issue. Communication to get keys is a bit strict, and although we did not need it, but a late collection after 7pm incurs a further £25 which is unfair Help was not as friendly as would be expected. Car parking was in the Co-Op small car park which was explained as being OK with the shop.

“Good value for money, great place to stay. Nice and roomy!”
+Easy to find. Very convenient to have a shop next door. Host met us with the keys even though we were early, and kindly carried our suitcase up the stairs for us! Lovely surprise to have a wood burning stove in the living room. Will stay again when up in the area.

+Location, presentation, it was very well maintained, car parking was good, kitchen and living areas were excellent. I would like to buy it, if it ever came up for sale..
−The WiFi signal in the flat was poor and so I used my mobile hoptspot and watched TV on my computer. Also the signage to the flat was poor, I had to ask in the CO-OP

+Looks nice and the kitchen is well equipped. Located directly next to a supermarket that is open late. The flat offers lots of room.
−There is only street parking available so sometimes a struggle to finds something. Depending on what you’re doing the location is far off from a lot of things. Bed is worn out and rather small, bedroom smells a little damp. While the kitchen and the flat in general are well equipped, everything seems worn down, such as the toilet seat being loose or the pots and pans being scratched. Cleanliness not great with cobwebs on the kitchen and bedroom. For us a major issue was that there was no self check in available and the latest time was 19:00, so we had to rush to get there on time.
