“Noise keeps you awake”
+The property's location is very convenient, just next to a tram stop and within walking distance of the CBD.
−The flat we were given had little to no insulation. The nearby railway and the road noise were waking us up from 5am.

“Good, the staff could be more informative and helpful, especially when providing parking instructions.”
+Comfortable, clean, and conveniently located with easy access to the city!
−The front desk staff could be more helpful when guests ask about parking. We were simply told to check the information in our room, which was confusing, especially with Flinders Street and the lane. We ended up parking in the wrong place overnight and had to pay twice. A simple explanation or clear directions from staff would have made a big difference to our experience.
