“Witsand's, @ The C, provides comfortable self catering accommodation, with stunning ocean views.”
+@ The C has the most spectacular view of the ocean. One can spot whales from the comfort of the cottage. It has a lovely deck as well. The property is well equipped with everything that one would need to be comfortable for a short stay in Witsand.. If you enjoy the ocean, nothing beats this beautiful view from @ The C. Thank you for the amazing accommodation.
−We were very comfortable and have no complaints. Thank you

“This was a difficult review to write seeing that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.”
+At 30 meters from the high water mark the location cannot be beaten. The mattress was fabulous. Great towels. Everything worked. Despite any negative comments the stay was surprisingly comfortable and I would not hesitate to use it again. My request to use power for a vehicle fridge was also promptly met. I received a welcoming email in advance declaring that I owe NOTHING but then the email became a lengthy document of reviews, do's and dont's and photographs. The elderly owner also presented himself with a warm welcome and offered assistance where needed. There is a washing machine and a tumble drier that we fortunately did not have to use as electricity consumption could incur additional costs. The breakage fee was never requested. Full DSTV coverage for TV lovers supply ample choice. Strong wifi with sufficient streaming speed is available. This is an achingly beautiful environment and nature lovers have miles of beach to cover.
−The guest gets inundated with a myriad rules stuck everywhere, some create uncertainty about an additional cleaning fee, costs for using the electricity, parking procedure, extra costs if the guest does not stick to the same beds for the duration of stay etc. Some do not apply to online bookings but this is not clarified enough. It creates a cluttered regimented approach, easily solved by referring to a file for additional information. It is all well-meant but creates the wrong ambiance. The furnishing is several generations old and used well past its shelf life. Backup solar lighting is supplied for each room with separate switches. This is a welcome idea but unfortunately extremely untidily applied. Upkeep and attention to detail is sorely needed. Beware, the main toilet cubicle might be too cramped for well rounded guests. This creates the impression that pricing should be adapted downwards, especially out of season.

“@The sea is indeed the place to be!”
+We enjoyed our stay at @the sea very much. Radie is the original gentleman and were very helpful and attentive. The apartment has everything one needs and the space and set up was planned very cleverly. Prima spot with a beautiful view of the sea. Squeeky clean linen. We will return to this lovely gem of a holiday space. The leniancy around Sunday check - out time was appreciated and allowed for one more walk along the sea hunting for treasures.
−Lugging heavy bags up the stairs - but then it taught me to pack lighter and plan better. If I have to be very fussy - Maybe bigger wine glasses? But really overall nothing to complain about.
