“Incredible location but needs better sofa bed”
+Excellent location, next to river and a 15min walk to centre of Cambridge. Great pubs and restaurants nearby, especially The Architect near Castle Mound lookout. Also 5mins from lovely outdoor swimming pool.
−Far too hot on a sunny day as the roof captures the heat and the skylight do not open. We brought our own additional fan which we needed. Secondly, the sofa bed mattress is not fit for use. We added a second mattress which the property advisor directed us to stored in a box upstairs. Really the sofa bed needs a serious upgrade. Our second daughter slept on second sofa.

“Horrible”
+The place has potential but the lack of cleanliness was overwhelming.
−The place was very dirty on arrival, the bedroom smells of old perspiration the fitted sheet was torn in several places, the floor was dirty. I have never seen a toilet so filthy and disgusting in any of the places i have stayed. I fond Nicky to be very dismissive and communicate with me as if i was a child.

−The bathroom is downstairs, which is fine but a little tricky for people who might need to get up in the night. 😉

“The perfect home from home for a stay in Cambridge x”
+This was the perfect little house for Cambridge. I was actually working at the Grand Arcade and it was a 20 minute walk through the park to the centre. All very safe and easy to do. We went to 2 of your recommended restaurants and both were good. Easy reach of a local grocery shop. Fabulous to have parking off street as it is tricky around Cambridge. The house itself was lovely, clean and very comfy. It was warm on some very cold days that I was there and all the linen was clean and really good sized fluffy towels. It really was an ideal place to stay to explore Cambridge and I would definitely stay here again
−There isn't actually anything that could be better, Communications with Nicky were easy and fast and there just isn't any negative I could think of.
