“Perfect for short stay in Manchester.”
+Location, it was very quiet and only 20 min. walk to centre. Parking from 6pm-8am in the street +3hrs worked ok for us. Nice to have two bathrooms and choice of three! comfy beds to sleep in. Kitchen is well equipped. Building is new and well kept.
−It’s not very cosy, just super practical. Could do with a separate recycling bin and a small bin for the rest; we took our rubbish home so not to waste a large bin liner.

“Great spot to be in, but overall not nice”
+Modern style
−Beds were not clean, and was made up of two single beds so I kept on sliding into the middle, there was no ac in the place. Not even a fan. There was a hole in the wall where the door had banged into.

“Much nicer places to stay in Manchester”
+It was spacious and had parking which was helpful.
−Stayed for 3 nights and wanted something which allowed a homely feel and being able to cook etc. Cooking facilities in the kitchen weren’t great- had one small pot and flimsy cutlery which was dirty and dusty. The plates were also dirty and there was also a dirty dish sponge on the counter when we arrived. There was a musty smell in the property also. The blinds in the living room were broken and didn’t close or open properly, there was no air con or any fans provided which would have been helpful to have especially with the warming temperatures. The toilet seat in both bathrooms were broken and loose. The en suite bathroom sink was leaking which we were informed of a few hours before arriving. The beds were not comfortable as they were two single beds pushed together with a thin mattress on top, so felt hard and uncomfortable in the middle, not sure why double beds can’t be provided or a thicker mattress protector? The bed sheets also had stains which just made it feel grimy. There was a lot to be improved in this property considering the price that was charged.
