“Exceptional”
+Great stay for relaxation, even the smallest detail was taken care of. Kids will love it, especially the pool and the toys. The neighbourhood is so quiet and the main square of the village (just 2 minutes away) has everything you need: amazing local restaurants, caffe/bar, pharmacy, mini market and bakery. A fantastic choice for couples and families. Thank you Ioannis for making our trip memorable!

“Peaceful Escape Near Kalamata with Warm Local Charm”
+We had a good stay at The Backyard in Kalamata. The house itself was beautifully designed, with a spacious living area that made us feel right at home. The garden was a true gem,lush and peaceful, complete with a private pool that offered the perfect spot to relax and recharge. Communication with the owner was smooth and friendly from start to finish, which made everything easy and stress-free. His thoughtful gestures, like welcoming us with sesame cookies and local olive oil, added such a personal touch and made us feel genuinely cared for. We particularly appreciated the quiet location, set outside the city and nestled among locals,it gave us a chance to experience the authentic charm of the area. Kalamata was only about a 20-minute drive away, so we could enjoy the city without sacrificing the tranquility of our retreat. This stay was the perfect balance of comfort, hospitality, and local flavor. Highly recommended if you're looking for a peaceful escape with heart.
−On the practical side, there was no 3rd sunbed at the pool and the double bed in the master bedroom was very small. There were also no kitchen towels or dishwasher tablets provided, so we bought some ourselves,no problem at all, but just something to note.

+Extérieur et intérieur de qualité. Merci pour les cadeaux d'accueil. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous
−Les oiseaux et chauve souris salissent continuellement la terrasse et les équipements. Nuisance saunore ( chien du voisin qui aboie en permanence). La douche fuit et il manque un grand etendoir.

−Il divano letto è comodo, ma un'idea per l'accoglienza delle famiglie più numerose potrebbe essere quella di mettere un letto a castello.

+Wer Ruhe such ist hier richtig, das Haus liegt etwas abseits von Kalamata...(30min mit dem Auto) in einem Dorf was ein Café (sehr zu empfehlen)und ein Restaurant (leider nicht zu empfehlen) hat. Für eine Fam. mit einem Kind ist das Haus sehr gut es ist sogar mit Kinder Spielzeug ausgestattet.
−Wir hatten das Haus mit 4 Freunden, dafür ist es definitiv nicht geeignet. Die Schlafzimmer sind sehr klein, keine Kleiderschränke, kaum Ablagefläche. Nur ein Badezimmer und das ist ebenfalls sehr klein und die Türe kann nicht verschlossen werden. Der Pool hat nur 2 Liegen und somit können keine 4 Gäste dort liegen obwohl das Haus für 4 Personen ist, das ist leider etwas schade gewesen. Wir haben uns arrangiert aber es hat definitiv an Platz gefehlt und einem weiteren Badezimmer bzw. Getrenntes WC was anschließbar ist.

+Mooie woning en tuin met prachtig uitzicht, fijn zwembad. Leuk dorpje dicht bij opgraving van Messini. Veel te doen in de omgeving.
