“Nice cosy apartment for family of 4”
+Apartment is lovely and cosy and walkable from the train station. The host Salvadore is great and gave a good briefing to us on Rome attractions and suggested places to eat. Really appreciate his kindness in allowing us to keep our luggage after checkout on the last day.

“Salvatore was amazing, very hospitable and genuinely wanted us to have a great time in Rome.”
+We were moved by Salvatore to another of his locations. The Prince Suite. Large spaces for our family. Great location. Having a washing machine was so helpful.

“perfect stay for a long weekend in Rome”
+The location was excellent, right in the centre and very close to the main sightseeing spots such as the Colosseum, Foro Romano and Santa Maria Maggiore, with a very pleasant 20-minute walk to the Trevi Fountain and many other attractions. There were also many restaurants, terraces, bars and small markets nearby, most of which were welcoming to our dog, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Communication with our landlord was prompt, clear and very responsive to our needs, which we greatly appreciated. Thank you very much, Salvatore. We look forward to returning in the future.

“Great family apartment in monti”
+Host was welcoming and informative. We arrived early but could drop our bags off at the apartment and could leave our bags there after check out for a couple of hours before our flight. Qe liked that the 2nd bedroom had 2 single beds - not many other apartments seem to have this. Location was good - quiet but walking distance to the key sites of rome. We didn't do much cooking/eating at the apartment but the kitchen equipment seemed to be good.
−The key for the outer door was a bit stiff. Shower was on the small side. Was a bit worried about payment in cash and having to carry this much cash with us. However, these are minor points and overall we were really pleased with this apartment.

+A very clean to edge of apartment with excellent amenities and the location. Your host is kind, providing you with all information one would need so you are very well set! Close to many attractions within walking distance. I would definitely stay there again.

“Great location, beautiful and comfortable with lots of great recommendations!”
+Our stay at the Avalon was perfect. This was our first stop on our 13 day visit to Italy. Salvatore was very good at communicating and getting us everything we needed before our trip. Once arriving at the residence, he gave us a great map and explained the best way to get to the Vatican, Pantheon, and all the top attractions. Convenient to the metro, the tram and an easy walk to cafes, bars and restaurants. The residence was a perfect size for our family of five. We would recommend staying at The Avalon and having Salvatore as your host!
