“Great little bolt hole”
+Very comfortable and well equipped annexe, self contained from owner’s property. Location was perfect for our needs - short walk into Bracknell for station, shops, bars & restaurants. Hosts helpful without being intrusive - provided a new coffee pot which was kind.

“Brilliant host and a lovely property.”
+The property was at a nice calm clean and safe area. The Annex was well presented, clean and we had everything we needed. Monica was very friendly. Communication in email through Booking.com was quick and satisfying. It has its own front door, a little garden area with a table and chairs, which is perfect to have your early morning coffee in peace or watch the birds in the afternoon which my daughter really enjoyed.
−There isn’t anything I can list here, the property was perfect for our expectations. Exactly as described and what you see on the photos.

“Great quiet location that is easy to get to from main routes. Fantastic hosts that care.”
+We stayed at The Annexe as a couple with our 6 year old son visiting Lego-land, which is less than 20 min drive away, and wanted a quiet location with easy parking and self catering facilities for our 2 night stay. The Annexe was perfect for our requirements. We met the lovely couple who own the property by choice, as they do not intrude. Very easy to get to from the M3 as we travelled from Weymouth, Dorset. I would certainly consider this as a great place to stay on future trips to Lego-Land or Ascot Races.
−Nothing not to like - perhaps guests should be aware that the TV has no aerial connection and therefore is internet connected so make sure you know your log-in details for YouTube, Netflix, BBC I-Player etc.. It wasn't a problem for us.

“Cosy pad”
+We had a lovely stay at The Annexe ✨ The space was clean, cosy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing break. Monica & Jon were great hosts , friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout. It’s perfect for a couple or someone travelling solo who wants a peaceful stay. Just something to note , due to the steps and the path at the front, it may not be the most suitable for younger children. Overall, a really enjoyable stay and we’d happily return. Thank you again! 😊
−The only small downside for us was the access at the front, as there are steps and a flagstone-on-gravel path, which can be a bit tricky , especially with luggage or for anyone less steady on their feet.
