“Nice location terrible place”
+Location is ok, but everything else is not as described
−First thing that you encounter is curved mattres on bed, also squeaking bed, you can’t even move, sheets were also dirty, bathroom is half renovated and not ready for use…

+Size, location was kinda good not far from center, fridge worked properly
−The bed was bad, the shower looked very unclean, paint was falling off, a lot of rust on terrace, a lot of broken stuff outlets and such, air-conditioner was sub par, one worked fine another bearly, bathroom can become sauna when sun os shining it is super hot

“Worse apartment I have stayed in for a long time”
+It was a very spacious apartment with an equally big roof top terrace so lots of potential, however!!!!!!!
−There has been absolutely no maintenance to this property since it was listed. Peeling paint in the hall and bathroom, sockets falling out the wall, sockets not working!! Few facilities in the kitchen, and a mouldy coffee machine. Bent keys for opening doors. No light in the close when you arrive at 2.00 in the morning to try and open the key box!!!

+Ubytovanie malo skvelú polohu, apartmán bol velky a priestranný. Vybavenie kuchyne bolo dobre. Výhodou boli dve klimatizácie. Dostatok úložného priestoru. Krásne terasy.
−Matrac na posteli bol veľmi mäkký, ale každý ma rad iný. Terasy boli špinavé a nepripravene na využívanie, ale možno preto, že pobyt bol v októbri. V kúpelke bola bohužiaľ pleseň a sprchovací kút by sa mal opraviť.

+Apartament ma potencjał, ponieważ jest blisko centrum, ma świetny taras z ładnym widokiem, ekspres do kawy, dobrze działającą lodówkę i całkiem nieźle zaopatrzoną kuchnię, na plus również self check-in i dobrze działający internet, ale …
−mieszkanie zdecydowanie potrzebuje konkretnego remontu, ponieważ można było znaleźć gniazdka oderwane od ściany z odsłoniętymi przewodami, zepsuta markiza na tarasie, pęknięta szyba w kuchni, uszkodzona ściana na korytarzu, mała i zaniedbana łazienka z odpadającą farbą pod prysznicem, słabo wydajna klimatyzacja w sypialni, praktycznie nie chłodziła, w salonie działała trochę lepiej ale też nie w stu procentach. Przez klimatyzację jak i przez niewygodne łóżko w sypialni zmuszeni byliśmy spać w salonie. Latem z racji położenia mieszkania na ostatnim piętrze jest bardzo bardzo gorąco przez co przez słabo działającą klimatyzację mieszkanie zamienia się szybko w saunę. Ponadto połowa kanałów w TV nie działała, często nie było sygnału, żałuję że nie działał akurat kanał RAI1, na którym nadawane były mecze mistrzostw świata, które odbywały się w czasie mojego pobytu.
