“Perfect location, huge terrace”
+Perfect location. Close to the old city. The main railway station/bus station, food shops, restaurants are just a few steps away. You can reach all the touristic spots by train very easy. The apartment has a really huge ans sunny terrace with shower. Despite being in a very central location, the apartment is surprisingly quiet, as it is located on the 8th floor. The kitchen is located in a built-in cupboard in the shared hallway with another apartment. There is a two-ring electric hob for cooking. It’s perfectly adequate for preparing simple meals, but don’t expect to cook anything elaborate. Then again, cooking is not really why you come to Italy! The host is helpful.
−The shower cubicle is a bit small, but it’s usable. There is no microwave.

+Very central location, right opposite the station, the terrace is incredible, massive and brilliant views. Perfect for a sunset! The host is incredibly helpful, I had a flight cancellation and he was very accommodating about a late check out. I ended up staying another night. The bed is incredibly comfy and good amenities, fridge coffee machine etc.
−Some of the furniture is worn but didn’t have an impact on the stay at all.

“Very central but lacks facilities”
+The location is great as is the roof top terrace
−Lift is small and hard to get cases in Last day it wasn’t working at all and we had to carry our cases down 8 flights of stairs. I didn’t realise the kitchenette was shared however we didn’t use it due to lack of facilities and privacy. A plug on stove is all that is there. It could do with a microwave there is an iron but no ironing board

“Solo la ubicación buena. El resto deja mucho que desear. No volvería a contratar.”
+La ubicación. Espacio ambiental
−La limpieza. Lugar de ducha incómodo. Lavavo tapado.
