“Highly recommend to family travelers. Remember to open the sofa bed into a super comfy bed.”
+Super experience thanks to the host who arranged and provided everything we needed and thought of. I would give it a five star due to its spacious size, home feeling, comfort beds and considerate beddings plus washing laundry needs. Excellent location to walk to the old town through nice streets, parks and university greens. The shop downstairs is a bonus.

+The location of the apt. is fantastic! Everything is within a short walk from here. There are both a café and grocery right across the street. It is also plenty spacious, with a view of the city and street from living room (I will include pictures). Amenities are nice, and the decorations give it a very lived-in, cozy atmosphere.
−Not many complaints honestly.... If anything, it would be that there is very limited space to hang laundry for drying. (I left a laundry basket there for future guests 😉).

“Comfortable apartment near landmarks, stores, and transit.”
+I had a great stay at this apartment. It’s cozy, clean, and spacious. The location is excellent, with a grocery store just across the street, and it’s surrounded by shops, cafes, and restaurants. It’s close to all the main attractions, and if you don’t feel like walking, there are bus and tram stops only a 2-minute walk away. Overall, it’s a comfortable and convenient place to stay, highly recommended.

“Great stay in a good, central location”
+Fantastic stay. I recently stayed at Terbatas Apartment for 5 days and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The apartment was exactly as described. It was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect - walking distance from Riga Old Town, many transport options. The neighborhood is safe, with plenty great cafes, bars, restaurants and shops. Host is responsive, provides clear instructions for check-in.
−-No dishwasher. -Check where the garbage container is during day time. ;) It's not easy to spot in the dark!

“Large apartment in nice area”
+Very large apartment with everything needed for a self catering stay. 25 minute walk to old town but plenty of eateries and options nearby.
−It is a fifth floor apartment and I personally was too scared to use the tiny balcony so didn't get to enjoy that.

“Highly recommend this apartment”
+Absolutely great location. Still city centre but quiet. Good transport connections. You can walk, you can take taxi or public transport. The apartment is very clean, spacious. You have there everything you need for short or long stay. The owner is very helpful. They responded immediately to any questions and were very helpful in my extra asking. I am really grateful and was delighted to stay there.
