“Good base to explore the town and region”
+Clean and modern place. Convenient location. Supermarket next door. Walking distance to the centre. Private and secure underground parking. Washing machine.
−The check in process is a bit of a riddle. The instructions could be clearer, especially when you arrive by car. At the front door of the house is a sign, saying that any short term rentals in the building are illegal and action will be taken for any violations. The owner ensured us that we shouldn't worry about it. Still a weird welcome, especially on our first day in Slovenia The bathroom fan isn't working and there is some mould in the corners of the shower.

“Sehr schöne moderne Unterkunft, mit toller Lage. Ein Ort zum heruntergekommen und dennoch zentral gelegen in einer siche”
+Einfach traumhaft. Die wohnung liegt in einem einem großen Gebäudekomplex, in welchem man sich sehr sicher fühlt. Traumhafter Blick auf die Berge, zentrale Lage um alles zu Fuß zu erreichen.
−Im Eingangsbereich des Gebäudes hin ein Schild, dass Vermietungen über booking etc. verboten wären. Der Duschkopf war lose und das Aussenrollo ließ sich nicht schließen. Dies wurde dem Vermieter mitgeteilt.

“Modern kis lakás csöndes helyen.”
+A szálláshoz minden infót üzenetben megkaptunk előre, így könnyen megtaláltuk. Modern, tiszta lakás volt, mindennel felszerelve, ami szükség lehet, nekünk nagyon tetszett. A szállás mellett Spar és gyalog is nagyon közel volt a tóhoz, vendéglőkhöz, ezért válaszrottuk ezt a helyet. Nem a város központi részén volt, hanem egy nyugodt, csöndes környéken.

+La ubicación muy buena. El acceso autónomo rápido y eficiente. Buena plaza de garaje. Supermercado cercano. Lugar muy tranquilo y seguro (comisaria de policía pegada). Gasolinera al lado.
−No estaba muy limpio (había pelusas en el suelo, pelos en las sábanas..). Tenía un olor incómodo, tanto el apartamento como las sabanas, mantas y las toallas (ambas muy usadas ya, y estoy dando por hecho que estaban limpias). Las almohadas horribles (de hecho no eran ni almohadas, son como rellenos de cojín). No tenía fregona para limpiar el suelo.

+Das Zimmer war für uns perfekt ausgestattet. Sehr sauber. Tiefgaragenstellplatz super. Wir hatten anfangs Bedenken mit der Schlüsselübergabe. Doch genau wie beschrieben, hat alles funtioniert. Sparmarkt direkt daneben. Entfernung zum See zu Fuß ca. 15 -20 min. Absolut empfehlenswert.
