“RUN. Don't saty here.”
+The price was reasonable, maybe that’s why we got such an aggressive landlord.
−We accidentally forgot to return the key as we had to leave in a hurry. Our next destination was a competition outside of Rome, and we couldn’t get a taxi to return immediately. The landlord’s reaction was extremely unprofessional,she became very aggressive and demanded the key be sent back as soon as possible. When we asked why there wasn’t a spare key prepared, she simply replied, “No, I don’t have one… find a solution.” Throughout the conversation, she was impatient, unhelpful, and unprofessional, while we were trying to find a solution calmly. Eventually, we managed to get a taxi to return the key, which cost us €140. This experience was very stressful and disappointing.

+The flat was spacious and generally well presented. The balconies were stunning. We felt safe around the immediate area, even late at night. Tatiana was very attentive and resolved any issues quickly. Overall very good value for money.

+Very good contact with the owner. In case of any questions or problems the response was immediate The apartment is spacious and clean. The kitchen has everything we needed and the beds are comfy. Good price - standard relation. Close are some shops and two pizzerias.
−If you have a car the location is perfect and there won't be a problem with finding parking. If you rely on public transportation then you have to reserve everyday SOME time to reach the City and get back. The object is listed as "2 bathroom". It's partial truth while only one has a shower and bathtub.

−Quite a distance from the tourist attractions. A plus was the bus stop close to the property (250 meters away).

−There is no parking place near the house and it's hard to find a spot in the area. 3rd floor with no elevator. Too many house rules and with penalties if you don't respect them, too many demands from the owner for what the accommodation offers. Bad smell in the whole house, everything is old, rusty and dated. Superficial cleaning. Dirty kitchen tools, oily pans and dusty glasses. Very uncomfortable beds with bad smelling duvets and even thorn sheets. Only one wardrobe in the apartment with the owner's personal items in it. The fridge and the shower cabin were very rusty. The whole apartment needs to be refurbished.
