“Great place to stay close to the old town.”
+It's a townhouse within a 15 minute walk from the main attractions. Safe, quiet neighborhood; the apartment was very clean and provided all we needed, plus some extras. We had a car and the owner's mom met us upon arrival, and helped with parking. She also gave us some good information about local attractions.
−The apartment was fine, however, you need to consider a couple of things before deciding whether to book it. Free parking: it's along a pretty narrow winding street with lots of parked cars and some available tight spaces, so a small car is better. The apartment: it has three levels and you'll be using at least two, the kitchen & bath/shower on the ground level and the bedroom (with a toilet) on the top one (living room with TV is in between.) If you have a lot of luggage and/or mobility issues, the stairs and your car parked at a distance may be a problem.

+The apartment was cozy, spotlessly clean, and perfectly located right next to the Old Town, the waterfront promenade, and the harbour. In the mornings, we could easily visit the fish market and vegetable market, and in the evenings, enjoy live music in Diocletian’s Palace. The host had also thoughtfully prepared fresh fruit and wine for us, which was such a lovely welcome! We were extremely happy with our stay and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Split

“3 days stay in Split's terrace house.”
+It's a terrace house, one room per level, have that in mind! For us it wasn't a problem. You have got everything you need. It was really quiet place, no neighbors up or down. We were there for 3 full days and it was great.
−Waste bins should be located somewhere else.

“Amazing, a wonderful house”
+If I could give a higher score than 10, I would. A house just for us, on 3 floors, where 4 people can easily stay. Impeccable cleanliness, a very pleasant environment, absolutely everything we could need (and what we didn't need) provided, you really feel like home. Location right next to the historic center, and 10 minutes from the beach. Very kind host, helped us with free parking, answered all our questions.

“A really enjoyable stay in a great apartment”
+All our food requirements for the duration of our stay were purchased from local shops and supermarkets. The location of the apartment and its fabulous facilities was excellent. A previous stay in Split 2 years ago confirmed the need to return and again enjoy this great location before moving north to other unseen Croatian places.

+We had a wonderful stay! Nina was always in touch, making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. She also gave us great recommendations for sightseeing and local attractions. When we arrived, we were welcomed with plenty of fruit, milk, coffee, wine, and other thoughtful treats. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped with everything we could possibly need. This is the kind of apartment that truly feels like home. It has all the little extras that make a big difference, including toiletries, extra towels, pillows, and blankets. The bed and the sofa were both extremely comfortable. The location is excellent,just a short walk from the Old Town and the main tourist attractions. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
