+Good value for money. The host was responsive and helpful. The flat had the basic amenities we needed, making it was adequate for a short stay.
−The flat is advertised as a 2-bed, 2-bath property, but only one bed was made up on arrival and there was only one fully functioning bathroom as one toilet was out of order. this wasn't communicated prior to our stay. There was also only one bath mat provided, and when we asked, we were told it had to be shared between two people. The location is also a little far from the centre of town.

“Great location, lots of space, poor management.”
+The location was superb. 1 km down the street and through the tunnel, and you're one gorgeous bridge away from the center. The location has nearby large shopping centers and a small Asian restaurant <50 m. away. The rooms were clean. The apartment is really fresh and re-decorated not so long ago. The furniture, appliances, everything is new. The apartment is spacious. The TV works and has internet, the wi-fi internet quality is ok. The host is a nice fellow, ready to cooperate. The apartment has a balcony. It is not that loud outside (a lot calmer than we expected) Cooking utensils, save on the restaurants, cook a meal for yourself easily (everything is there for both a quick breakfast before the Budapest adventure and an easy cook supper when you get back home)
−Picked this apartment to travel with a relative. Two bedrooms, two bedroom TV's, two separate toilets at different sides of the apartment. 1. No TV's in bedrooms (at least pictures are removed now) 2. One of the toilets wasn't working. 3. One of the beds in one of the bedrooms was just not prepared (no bed linen). So it immediately defeated the purpose of choosing this property. When the owner came back to us the next day, and brought the bed linen (he was available by phone) he told us you can go number 1 but not number 2 in one of the toilets. Which, again, we were not told about. And we book a long time in advance. The door closes in a VERY specific way. You need to rack the door handle up as a part of the routine. It is not specified in the booking com section. The Apartment house door is opened by a button. But not a regular button you find somewhere near the door, but a light-switch-type button 1,5 meters away from it. Which is also not specified. We have also chosen this apartment due to the bath being present. No curtains or anything. The bath is not connected to the wall, so if you try to put the water stream on you (and facing the wall) it just goes on the floor behind th

“Not worth the money.”
+On the positive side, the location is really excellent, quiet, and very close to the bus station, which made getting around the city easy. Overall, the location is great, but the accommodation needs to fix these issues in order to match what was advertised.
−We booked this accommodation as two couples, mainly because the listing stated that there were two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Unfortunately, that wasn’t exactly the case. One of the bedrooms has an entrance directly from the living room, and the doors couldn’t be fully closed, which reduced privacy. In the same room, the air conditioning wasn’t working (we wanted to use it for extra heating), and in the bathroom belonging to that room, the toilet was not functional, which was a major issue considering the advertised amenities.

−Ein Klo hat nicht funktioniert, mit Handtüchern wurde gespart und die Küche ist nur begrenzt zum selbst kochen ausgestattet.

“Központi helyen van mégis csendes. Jól megközelíthető.”
+Tiszta rendezett jól felszerelt. Kivéve az hogy nem volt egy kabàt akasztó vagy egy fogas ahova a kabátot fel lehetett volna rakni. A szobák jól felszereltek, konnektorok kapcsolok az ágy mellett.A két hàló dupla fürdőszoba is tökéletes. A konyha jól felszerelt. (Mikró viz forraló kenyvérpiritó kV főző.

+Appartamento nuovo ben ristrutturato con ottima posizione, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla fermata della metro.
−Il palazzo in cui si trova l'appartamento necessita di maggiore manutenzione e pulizia. Le istruzioni fornite per il check in sono buone ma il lucchetto non è di facile apertura. Per aprire il portone principale del palazzo si deve spingere un bottone, tale informazione sarebbe opportuna inserirla nelle foto che la proprietaria invia agli ospiti o semplicemente scriverla. Da rivedere un condizionatore nella camera con il bagno interno.

“Ich würde am liebsten einziehen :)”
+Wir haben uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt, weil alles so gemütlich eingerichtet ist und viel Wärme ausgestrahlt hat. Gleichzeitig ist alles aber auch super modern.
