“Definitely recommend”
+The apartment is clean and well maintained, the location is even closer to centre than it appears on the map, the self check in and check out is easy. The staff is easy to reach and responding. It was not noisy - the near street has little traffic and all windows face the inner yard. The additional bed (sofa) was comfortable. We had everything we needed for our stay, and I would definitely recommend this apartment.
−Maybe the mattress in the main room bed was too soft, we always found ourselves sliding to the sides. It would be a good idea to buy a medium hard one next time.

“Amazing stay”
+We had an amazing stay at the apartment! Everything was perfect, the apartment was super clean and comfortable, the sofa bed is comfortable to sleep and the air conditioning works perfectly! The shower was really good as well! We arrived before the check in time and we were able to leave our baggage at the company’s office until the check in. The apartment is less than 10 minutes walking to the duomo and has 2 supermarkets nearby (like 3 minutes walking). 100% recommend this place!

“Small and convenient.. with air con”
+We loved the proximity to San Babila metro and the historic centre. It was a super hot day, so we particularly appreciated that the air con was on - before our arrival. As well as cold water bottles in the fridge! Nice touch.
−The corridor was a bit noisy- you can hear every noise from the staircase. But that was not for very long and did not disturb much.

“A spacious, freshly renovated apartment in a quiet spot near the Duomo.”
+A convenient location that's also safe and quiet, just 10 minutes on foot from the Duomo. The apartment sits on the first floor of a majestic building, overlooking an internal courtyard, with easy access including a smooth automated entry procedure. It's spacious enough for a comfortable stay , ideal for travelers who are mostly there to sleep , and recently renovated, looking good. There's Daikin air-conditioning in every room, and all the necessary consumables in the bathroom and kitchen, including a washing machine (very welcome in the hot weather) and a full set of cutlery, dishes, and everything else you'd need. Cleanliness was good, if not flawless , nothing significant, just the small details a professional cleaning occasionally overlooks. Communication with the host ran through the platform's automated system and was seamless, providing all the information we needed. The listing was spot-on , we got exactly what we expected. One lovely touch: my daughter forgot her laptop charger, and the host's representative duly returned it, waiting 30 minutes for me to come back , a genuine human gesture that stood out.

“Estancia con niños”
+El apartamento tiene una ubicacion excelente cerca del Duomo, en un edificio antiguo y precioso. La cama de matrimonio muy cómoda, cambiaria el sofá cama, es bastante incómodo dormir ahí. La comunicación con la empresa que lo gestiona es fabulosa, pendientes de ti en todo momento. Todo súper limpio, lo recomiendo.

“Très bon emplacement, mais quelques détails à améliorer”
+L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter Milan, à seulement 8 minutes de la Piazza del Duomo à pied. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la procédure pour récupérer les clés, qui était très simple et parfaitement organisée. La remise des clés au départ était tout aussi pratique et efficace. Un appartement très bien situé pour profiter de Milan facilement, sans avoir besoin de prendre la voiture.
−L’appartement manque malheureusement un peu de luminosité. Certains équipements mériteraient également davantage d’attention : la box Internet est posée au sol dans la chambre et le porte-manteau est assez bancal. Dans l’ensemble, il manque quelques petites touches de soin et d’entretien dans les équipements pour que l’appartement soit vraiment à la hauteur de son excellent emplacement.
