+The location is great and nice to have a kitchen
−This apartment is not suitable for winter travel especially if it's raining. When we arrived, the place was humid and very cold. We haven't been told at arrival that one of the heaters was not working. The A/C heater that was "working' was super noisy and not working properly (it was not reaching the temperature we wanted). We suspect it to be really dirty like the screen on the kitchen window (see pic). As mentioned the other A/C unit was not working and apparently broke just before we arrive...Not sure it's true... There was an additional small electric heater but it was not enough to get the whole place warm and dry. Our wet clothes (from walking in Rome in the rain) and towels wouldn't dry... Yg When I asked for another heater I was told that my request was excessive and that "Rome's climate is not suitable for tourists these days". Why rent a place in the winter if not suitable for tourists? The very small shower showed marks of rot due to humidity (see pic) and was kind of leaking. Not recommended for larger people. I assume nobody was there before us. You would think that they could have heat up the place before our arrival but it was not the case.

+Tolle Lage, fußläufig zu Bahnhof, Trevibrunnen, spanischer Treppe, Colosseum, Forum,... Vatikan mit dem Bus sehr gut zu erreichen. Bett bequem, viel Platz, gute Ausstattung

+Het ligt in het centrum van Rome, dichtbij veel belangrijke en mooie bezienswaardigheden. Er zijn genoeg horeca mogelijkheden in de directe omgeving, net zoals winkels en bushaltes.
−Eerlijk is eerlijk: de douchecabine moet echt vernieuwd worden. Er moet ook iets aan de warmwaterkraan op de badkamer gedaan worden, er komt amper warm water uit.. De temperatuur in de woning, over het algemeen was aan de lage kant.
