“Nice apartment in great Split location.”
+Very good location, nice apartment, host was very responsive.
−It wasn’t clean when we arrived, but I called the host and she had it cleaned right away.

“Extremely frustrating and distressing”
+I liked the amazing bartender, from next door that helped us get into the apartment because without him we won’t have had a place to stay.
−Host did NOT answer calls, text, or emails. Did NOT send check in instructions, so when we arrived we could not get in. When we sent the requested documents, we did not receive any confirmation or response.

“Good value for money, but little bit tiny and noisy”
+Good location, close to the pretty steets and Riva. however the streets can be a little bit noisy. Bed were comfortable and clean. The space was good value for money, but not very spacious for 3 adults.
−You can hear streetnoise all night, only when the windows are closed this is minimal. The kitchen is very small, but it has everything to prepare small meals.

“Nice stay, but be cautious with your personal details and the extra money which was asked for.”
+Location was great, just on the edge of the old town close to the water. Small, but cosy with a small window looking outside to water views.
−Caution: The property contact us well before arriving and asked for our passport details over the booking.com chat, which is against booking.com advice. We also had paid in full through booking.com, including all taxes, and were asked to ‘leave cash on the table’ to cover the tourist tax when we were leaving. Really??? Obviously we didn’t and we didn’t hear anything from her.

“Charming Heritage Apartment”
+Charming heritage apartment in a great position. Marija provided excellent instructions to access the property. Very comfortable bed & the apartment had everything I needed. Lots of great restaurants in the small alleys nearby & a short walk to old town. Highly recommend for an enjoyable stay.

+Klimatyczne mieszkanko w zabytkowej kamienicy tuż przy końcu promenady (Riva) i wejściu do parku Marjan. Idealne dla tych, co lubią miejsca z duszą i bliskość morza...Rewelacyjna lokalizacja. Bardzo wygodne duże łóżko, niewielka łazienka, ale prysznic z gorącą wodą działał doskonale. Zestaw herbat i kawa dla gości na plus👍
