“Stunning villa”
+The villa was absolutely stunning, as pictured. Spacious, modern, well equipped. We came with two very young kids and it was perfectly safe for them, with the host offering us tailored equipment to assist in our stay like a cot and high chair. I can't recommend this place enough. It's perfect to visit lots of places in the Nafplio region as well.

“AMAZING VILLA”
+We had an amazing stay at this villa and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Greece. We spent a wonderful week here, and everything exceeded our expectations. The villa was spotless, comfortable, well-equipped, and located in a beautiful area. A special thank you to Pepi, who was an exceptional host. She was always kind, friendly, and available whenever we needed help. Her father was also incredibly helpful and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Their hospitality made us feel at home from the very first day. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect holiday, and we truly appreciated their kindness and support. Thank you, Pepi and your father, for making our vacation so memorable. We would gladly return and highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Greece!

+We were very well received by Pepi's Father, who was lovely and very nice. Pepi the owner was kind and always available for all needs, questions and recommendations . The Villa is just as the pictures at a great location. Wonderful Pool surrounded by a great garden with an inside private parking spot. The house was very clean, has a nice living room with a dining table which is great for family dines as well a large barbecue place to sit in the cool and eat. Villa is well equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, oven and Nespresso coffee machine. We had a great time and will defiantly return. Thank you Pepi for being a great Host.

“Great stay, amazing villa”
+The property is well appointed. The host was really nice and made sure we settled in nicely. Location was a little out of Nafplio but that’s to be expected when you need a space for 6 people

“Stunning modern villa”
+Stunning modern villa, very clean, spacious, really comfortable beds. Pepi is really friendly and helpful. You have everything ready for your stay there, pool towels, bbq, cooking items. The house and outdoor area have been thoughtfully designed. Very easy to get into town and to all the beaches and archaeological sites and there is also good food and shops just outside town too nearby.

“A Magical Stay at Villa Sunshine”
+Our stay at Villa Sunshine was absolutely magical. It is surrounded by orange trees, offering the perfect escape for our little family of three (2 adults and a child). From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by our incredibly attentive and polite hosts (Pepi and her father), who made us feel right at home. Thank you again for such an amazing experience! The villa was stunning , spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. Each of the three bedrooms is large and comfortable. The highlight for us was the gorgeous pool area! We spent hours lounging on the comfy beds in the sun and cooling off in the water. The BBQ area was another of our favorite places where we spent our evening with local wine and food. Villa Sunshine made our holiday perfect! We left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and already thinking of our return. We would highly recommend visiting it for an unforgettable Greek getaway.

“Dream vacation at Sunshine villa !”
+Excellent property. We were welcomed by Pepi in person even though we arrived late at the villa. The villa itself is new and wonderful. It is located 10 minutes from Nafplio city center. It was well appointed with everything required for our 5 day stay. Water pressure in the showers was perfect. No problem at all with the temperature of the water, on the cold or the hot side. We were able to take three showers at the same time without any problems. AC was working perfectly as well even though outside temperature was over 35 degrees. The pool was super clean and there were a lot of comfortable outside furnitures. Please note that you have a two car parking available on the premises of the property with a locking motorized gate. Another security feature is the alarm system in the property. The kitchen was spotless with everything you could possibly need. All the three rooms are located on the second floor. The parental room has a walk in closet. All three rooms have their own bathroom with shower. Besides the pool there is a gaz BBQ outside with a nice table available. We fully recommend this villa ! Pepi is a very attentive host who communicated with us regularly and was very kind.
