“To make the stay more comfortable, please consider speaking with the cleaners of this apartment. Many items have a thick”
+The view from the window is very beautiful, and the location is pleasant. It’s just a 7-minute walk to the beach and close to a supermarket. The staff responds quickly and resolves any issues efficiently.
−Everything looks a bit “worn out” (in terms of renovation). We stayed during the Christmas period, so the prices were higher accordingly. The price-to-quality ratio during this time didn’t quite match. However, in summer, the price is almost half as much, and I think it’s optimal for the conditions. The cleaning was partial at first, but the issue was quickly resolved, thank you!

“Not bad but could improve”
+The location of the apartment is great. It was situated on the 13th floor so there was a nice view from the balcony. The apartment is well equipped. Beds are quite comfortable. There were two elevators in the building. The supermarket is also very close.
−The WiFi was not working during our whole stay. And we stayed there for a week... Somebody was supposed to come during our stay but nobody came. The apartment is generally super hot but there is a ventilator. There was supposed to be free toiletries so I didn't take any shower gel or hair shampoo but there was nothing in the apartment except for a hand soap. During our stay we also had two cockroaches (and one was HUGE!).

“It was great but had some minor problems.”
+Location was amazing and the apartment was lovely and clean. The balcony was our favourite. It was great for our needs.
−The smell of the bathroom was horrid. The apartment was very hot in the noon even if you closed the blinds and curtains and had the fan on. There was only one trashbag. Also our washing machine did not work, the mechanic was four hours late and after it only washed at 60 degrees.

“Very poor”
+The only good thing in this appartment was the location.
−The description mentionned 45m2 when the studio is barely 35m2. Everything is very old and used : bed sheets, towels, cover couch, mattresses. We slept very bad and we understood when we saw how old, used and full of stains was the mattresses. It's a shame to rent a studio in this condition. They invoice 40 euros for the cleaning but it was full of dust and we found a dead and dry coackroche in the appartment. It's impossible to use the shower without having water everywhere. I sent an email to the rental company, they replied quickly but they didn't do anything. It doesn't cost so much to do a deep cleaning, renew the mattresses and buy new sheets to give a complete different experience to your guests. Honestly, I don't understand the rate of this appartment. I travel a lot and it's the first time i had to complain to the customer service. I don't recommend this appartment.
