“Nice stay”
+Location was peaceful & quiet and with in walking distance to the main strip. Good sunbathing area's. Sunbeds were comfortable. Pool was refreshing and good size. Bath & shower facilities good. Sizeble clean kitchen areas and good cooking facilities, fab size fridge and freezer. Tv & air-conditioning all worked well. Window shutters kept the rooms cool. Lovely welcome package, which was great when you arrive very late evening.
−Sofa's and beds were not comfortable. Had to fold the duvet over from another bed and lay on that as very hard mattress, could do with upgrading. No proper duvet covers just a large sheet folded over which kept getting tangled up. Could not use the bbq as the racks were missing which was a shame as such a great location but could not cook outside. Obviously some of the above is reflected in the rental cost. I would pay a little more for a bit more comfortable bed and sofa. All in all.we.had a pleasant stay

“Great villa”
+The villa was great pool was cleaned twice a week the team was quick to respond any issues that you came across good location shops and bars nearby, definitely would stay again.also was left a starter pack on arrival bread ham cheese coffee milk and water which was a good touch as we had a late arrival.
−Although there was air conditioning to use there where no fans at the property as sometimes all is needed is a fan also could do with flyscreens

“Nice location, dated facilities, felt like a budget villa!”
+Great location in terms of closeness to bars/restaurants but also away from nightlife and other villas which meant it was good for sleeping and privacy. Great response from maintenance when having ant issues and Key issues as there was problems unlocking the door. Pool cleaned frequently! Great blackout blinds and noise proof rooms which helped with trying to sleep with the heat and sunshine.
−Very difficult to find especially when landing late, had to take a taxi down the dirt track which isn’t signposted so took a long time to locate. Welcome pack very sparse, didn’t get to the property until early hours and shops were shut only 2 small bottles of water for a family of 4 in sweltering heat as well as Air Con turned off. Furniture dated and uncomfy, beds and pillows rock hard. Sun loungers with black metal not ideal given the heat and causes burning due to this. Big problem with Ants we had loads in cupboards and food which caused issues when living in a villa. No manual for Cooker/Hob which we couldn’t work properly as only the grill seemed to work so couldn’t actually cook which meant spending more money out than expected when bought food to cook.

+Everything was so nice and smooth. The Villa is just stones away from amazing beaches in Protarars while at the same time it gives you privacy. Will definitely stay here again.

“Exceptional”
+Very clean! True to pics & well equipped; welcome package; multi-channel TV; Large patio around pool; Best is quiet area with adjacent open fields allowing nice breeze & unobstructed views. Close to main Protaras strip (less than 1km) and beach. Easy check in-out via keybox.
−Short gravel road to reach villa. No garbage bin nearby on street outside. Nice if it had smart TV.
