“Not a good experience !”
+The furniture is quite new, the flat looks nice.
−I initially booked this flat for 2 nights and had planned to extend my stay for another 3, but unfortunately I had to leave early due to how uncomfortable it was. The flat has no proper heating,only an AC unit that does very little to warm the bedroom. I was freezing at night, and there were no extra blankets or even basic items like slippers to help stay warm. The shower cabin was in poor condition,dirty and full of limescale,and not what you’d expect from a listing like this. The kitchen was also poorly equipped: no towels or paper towels, so even basic cooking or cleaning required a trip to the shop. When I contacted the host to explain the lack of essentials, their response was dismissive, saying the flat wasn’t advertised as offering them. While it might technically list a heater, the reality is that it doesn’t provide adequate heat. When I mentioned I expected more from a 4-star property, they told me the 4 stars came from previous guests, not from them. That says a lot about their approach to customer service. It’s a real shame, because the flat itself has potential. But with such poor hospitality and a lack of basic comfort, I cannot recommend it.

+Mi-a plăcut foarte mult locația, poziționarea proprietății, mobilierul modern și de bun gust, salteaua foarte confortabilă din dormitor, iar balconul a fost, fără îndoială, unul dintre punctele forte ale apartamentului. În ansamblu, apartamentul este spațios, primitor și amenajat cu atenție.
−Mi-ar fi plăcut să găsesc o rolă de prosoape de hârtie în bucătărie și zahăr, precum și câteva porții de lapte condensat pentru cafea, dacă tot s-a pus la dispoziție acel aparat de cafea. În plus, curățenia ar trebui făcută mai atent și nu de mântuială, deoarece acest aspect influențează considerabil experiența sejurului.

+Gazda a fost primitoare și ne-a ajutat cu check in devreme și check out tarziu. Apartamentul a fost curat și frumos, și gazda a fost mereu disponibilă să ne răspundă la întrebări. Foarte placut, as mai veni!

+Apartamentul este mobilat& utilat cu aproximativ tot ce este nevoie pentru o sedere de 2-3 zile, comfortabil, calduros, la 20-25 minute pe jos este centrul, iar in proximitatea blocului este un centru comercial.
−Acord nota 8/10 din cauza locului de parcare, pe booking este mentionat ca exista loc de parcare, dar in realitate nu exista un astfel de loc, exista locuri publice cu plata pe bulevardul din fata blocului si aparent mai sunt cateva private ne-vandute/la liber in jurul blocului. Dupa un drum de 9h, ne-am invartit 35 minute pentru a gasi un loc deoarece atat cele publice cat si cele private erau ocupate.
