“Very nice experience”
+Very clean , the view and the pool are amazing. They have a nice bar with friendly staff . It’s a perfect place if u have kids . Beds are very comfortable .
−The coffee machine is a little difficult to use .

+The terrace was wonderful, The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The environment was quiet and perfect for relaxation.

“Nice apartment, poor customer service”
+The apartment was almost brand new. Good location, near the beach. Nice pool area. View to south and sunny balcony. 2 separate bathrooms.
−Coming to apartment was a disaster. We made an appointment that somebody would be there when we arrive. During our flight they had sent me email that nobody was coming to meet us. We were given poor instructions how to find the key and apartment. Instructions were misleading and we had to ask other people advice. We did spend 90 minutes finding the apartment. The information of the apartment are misleading. Pictures are taken of a bigger apartment and with good views to the beach. In real life apartment is in level 3 with worse views. In advertisement is been told that apartment is 101 square meters, but in real life I measured it to be less than 70 squeare. Neighbours left, right and above were eastern Europe war refugees. They were noisy up to 2am talking in terraces. The customer service was next to nothing. Next time we will stay somewhere else.

“Una estancia de ensueño”
+Los acabados del apartamento, las vistas y la dimensión de los espacios. Las zonas comunes , sobre todo las piscinas.
−La escasez de menaje y falta de productos de limpieza. No disponer de la llave magnética que tenían los propietarios

“Navdušeni nad vsem! Čudovit ambient, na nivoju ter definitivno vredno obiska. Benidorm je bil čudovit.”
+Apartma je bil čudovit. Popolnoma vse je bilo na voljo, pralni stroj, pomivalni stroj, sušilec za lase, likalna deska z likalnikom, vsi kuhinjski pripomočki in še bi lahko naštevala. V tak apartma bi se vsakič znova z veseljem vrnila, bilo je več kot odlično in absolutno vredno vsakega centa. Zunanji bazen na voljo, vse lepo čisto in urejeno, poskrbljeno je bilo za čisto vse kar bi si lahko zamislila. Plaža je 2 minuti stran, parking brezplačen na voljo. Najlepši je bilo razgled, pogled neposredno na plažo. Televizor v dnevni in spalnici, kar je bilo super za otroke. Nimam pripomb!
