“Exceptional”
+It's a beautiful apartment, with beautiful furniture. Really spacious and clean. The air conditioning is excellent. It's in a group of apartments with a shared pool. The pool and gardens are spotlessly clean. This is a great place to stay, near the local bus stops (for Alfas and Benidorm). Walking distance to everything else that you need. If you want the beach, it's a 15-20 minute walk.

−The only downside was no sun beds round the pool but tha apartment did have a couple of chairs which we used

“Nice appartment with very supportive owner”
+First of all: Alex was super supportive and the communication with him was uncomplicated. The appartment itself is in a good condition and in a perfect location for going out having food. Its near the beach as well. The kitchen is well equiped with everything you need. The bed was in my opinion very comfy.
−Complaining at a high level: some of the furniture has already seen some years as does the appartment overall. Not a bad thing at all just a point for improvement.

+The arrival instructions were very clear, Alex was very quick to respond to messages. The apartment was close to bars, restaurants and supermarket. The apartment was well equipped, heating/ air-conditioning worked well.
−The bedding and Towels looked old, would have felt better if they were crisp and white.

“Home from home”
+Very Clean, a home from home, nice spacious apartment with everything you need. Didn't cook, but it had all the amenities, even a coffee machine as well as a kettle. The apartment was on the top floor, so nobody above being noisy, the pool area was lovely and nice and peaceful, last of all Alex the owner was very friendly, meeting me at the apartment so that I could get in straight away even though I was late arriving. I arrived on a Sunday afternoon when the supermarkets were shut so he explained where I could get some milk and even took a picture of the shop so that I would know where to go. Will definitely stay here again next time in El Albir.

+Bonjour appartement confortable bien agencé et propre ,on a de quoi pour pouvoir cuisiner ( four et plaque induction, vaisselle) , endroit reposant.Vraiment nous avons passé une semaine agréable.

“Estupendo”
+El apartamento equipado completamente. Todo muy limpio. Algo que se agradece mucho. Aire acondicionado centralizado y ventilador de techo en la habitación. Urbanización muy tranquila. Muy cerca de supermercados y bares. La playa un poco alejada pero se puede ir andando, está a una media hora a pie.
−Las almohadas de copos muy blandas.
