“Perfect view and cozy stay”
+Two-floor apartment with a stunning view. We were prepared for the steep drive to the house, so that wasn't a problem. We had to use a heater since we visited in March, but it was quite cozy. We had a lovely stay!
−We traveled with kids and the stairs were quite a challenge since we have a toddler who wanted to go up and down the stairs all the time. We had a minor issue with the lock, but Cristiano solved it quickly, so that wasn't really a problem.

“Tutte le comodità in una posizione ideale”
+Casa strepitosa, dotata di ogni cosa, con una vista stupenda sul mare e sul porto di Rapallo. I due posteggi auto sono essenziali in una città in cui è difficilissimo trovarne. Host gentilissimo e disponibile per ogni richiesta. Ci è spiaciuto non fermarci più di un solo weekend perché la casa sarebbe stata comodissima per un soggiorno lungo.
−Se proprio dovessi trovare qualcosa di negativo, direi i letti scricchiolanti e le finestre del piano di sopra senza oscuranti, ma il fascino della casa ricompensa ampiamente queste piccole mancanze.

“Einfach atemberaubend!!!”
+Das Haus befindet sich auf einem Berg und ist über eine Privatstraße erreichbar. An der Einfahrt befindet sich ein großes zweiflügeliges Tor, das mit einem Schlüssel geöffnet werden kann. Bei unserer Anreise hat uns der Vermieter das Tor per Fernbedienung geöffnet, anschließend konnten wir es selbst mit dem Schlüssel bedienen. Wir haben zwei Schlüssel erhalten, was für uns sehr praktisch war. Das Haus selbst ist einzigartig rustikal gebaut und zugleich funktional eingerichtet. Auf der unteren Ebene befindet sich ein sehr großes Wohnzimmer mit einem Essbereich für mindestens sechs Personen. Die Sofas und Sessel sind sehr bequem und stehen neben einem Kamin. Dort befinden sich außerdem ein Fernseher sowie eine PlayStation mit vielen Spielen, die von unseren Kindern gerne genutzt wurde. Auf dieser Etage findet man außerdem die Küche, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, ein Badezimmer mit Toilette und Badewanne sowie einen Hauswirtschaftsraum. Auf der oberen Etage gibt es einen langen Balkon, von dem aus man in das Wohnzimmer hinunterschauen kann. Dort befinden sich außerdem zwei Schlafzimmer und ein weiteres Badezimmer mit Duschkabine. Küche: Hier findet man alles, was man zum Kochen ben
−Die Zufahrt zum Haus erfolgt über eine recht schmale Straße. Ein Wenden direkt vor dem Haus ist nicht möglich, sodass man gegebenenfalls rückwärts bis zur nahegelegenen Wendemöglichkeit fahren muss. Anfangs war das etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, mit der Zeit stellte dies für uns jedoch kein Problem mehr dar.
