9.0+Clean comfortable place to stay. Perfect location close to the sea and restaurants.
−Parking was a bit difficult. Parked at St Michael's church 24 hours for £8.50. Outside the apartment, it is £4 for 4 hours, then no return for 4 hours.

9.0“Would be perfect without parking stress.”
+The accommodation is lovely, clean and right on sea front.
−Very disappointing parking situation. The property was advertised with private parking, but this was misleading , it was actually free public parking with a 4-hour limit, with unlimited parking further up the road. On arrival (Saturday 16th), we were informed that the “free private parking” would become chargeable from Monday 18th May. This caused unnecessary stress and disruption throughout our stay, which lasted until Tuesday, including my birthday. I strongly recommend confirming parking arrangements in detail before booking.

10.0“Beautiful pet friendly apartment on the beach !”
+Beautiful ground floor apartment opposite the beach and pier, perfect location for all amenities, everything is in walking distance should you need it. Property literally has everything you need for your stay. Pay and display Parking is usually available outside on this occasion roadwork prevented this but hosts told us if a pay and display car park less than 5 minutes walk where we could safely park overnight. Would definitely recommend and will be booking again !

8.0+lovely flat, very comfortable and beautifully decorated with everything we needed. perfect location, walking distance to everything we needed and wanted and a lovely view out the front window.
−the only issue we had was with parking. parking out the front is max stay 1 hour from 9am-6pm. we drove around looking for somewhere to park and ended up parking in a pay and display which was £7 for 24 hours. though this was not ideal the staff were very helpful in recommending places to park.

9.0“An excellent short break in an ideal spot for enjoying this great Welsh town.”
+Excellent location on the sea front, close to amenities and town centre. Well equipped and comfortable flat.
−Parking was difficult because of time restrictions and could have done with a bit more information e.g. that could park overnight, subject to 4 hour restriction in daytime. Also our visit coincided with a car rally that we only found out by chance that otherwise could have resulted in our car being towed away!

9.0“A relaxing, enjoyable stay.”
+The flat was luxuriously furnished with a very comfortable bed and had an incredible seafront and central location.
−The property details advertise a coffee maker, which there was, but no coffee pods. When we contacted the owner, he just replied that there had been plenty there last week, so the previous guests must have used them all. Although he apologised for this, he then suggested that we just used the pot of instant coffee that was in the cupboard. There was no offer of purchasing more coffees pods for our stay (we had only just arrived and were staying for 3 nights). We do not own a coffee maker that takes coffee pods at home (we have a cafetière), so I was not going to go and buy a pack of coffee pods, possibly not getting the correct ones for the machine (??), that I would then probably not use many of. So we had to resort to going out. The private parking that is advertised on Booking.com should be more obviously shown to be ‘not private but assured and costing £4 a day’ or the other option of ‘free if you’re lucky to find a space’. It is misleading.

7.0+Location was central . Spacious accommodation with fully equipped kitchen.
−Parking nearby was difficult to find and needed to use a public carpark a long distance away. Coming from overseas this is very foreign to us. The need to plug in and unplug all electrical devices during and after use. Front door and apartment door could be difficult to unlock.

9.0+The property was well presented, and decor was quirky and cool.
−Fire alarm went off at 545 am, the first night of our stay and the person named on the sheet didn't pick up when called. Luckily another resident knew how to deactivate and reset the alarm.

10.0+There was literally nothing not to like about this beautiful apartment. Beautifully decorated, had everything we needed, felt like home from home. Right in the middle of all amenities.
−Nothing!
